    Do NOT call this office. I called on Wednesday morning to get my daughter into see Dr. Pechter and was told that they would have to see if the dr. was taking new patients, they would contact me the following day. NO one called. I called on Thursday and was told they would let me know the following day. NO one called. I called on Friday to follow up and no answer from the good dr. I called on Monday and was told they had left a message on my cell, but they had NOT. I called again on Monday and Candy the receptionist told me my daughter had been accepted, however, the dr. had left on maternity leave and wouldn't return until sometime in March. Would I like to schedule an appointment with a TA, NO I WOULD NOT! LOUSY is all I can say, such a shame the dr's profile looked like she would be a good match for my daughter. You cannot schedule an appt online unless you are an established patient. The receptionist Candy laughed at me repeatedly when I expressed my concerns during our initial call but I wasn't hiring the receptionist just the Dr. sadly I won't be hiring the Dr either and would highly recommend you look elsewhere for your medical needs.

    Dr Frazier had been treating my husband. He gave him options for him to do for his issue. Dr. Frazier failed to tell us and failed to treat several risk factors for other issues. These risk factors were signs of possible more serious problems that led to my husbands death. The risk factors were ignored and we were never informed of these or what could happen. Dr. Frazier just wanted my husband to have surgery - which the surgeon said he was not a candidate for- the issue for the surgery was not bad enough. What was not being treated was more of an issue. In the notes I got, dr. stated that the issue had a probable cause but did nothing to treat the issue. A dr. should not probable with a person's life.
    Not a good doctor if you have REAL heart issues. Good bedside manner but feel now that was just a front to make us think he knew what he was doing. Kept saying surgery but didn't need the surgery he was pushing but needed another type that was not
    suggested or offered or that we even knew to ask about.
    Hard to get in to see and office personnel are not customer friendly. Even after my husband's death I got a 'reminder' call for an appt. we had.

    Dr was prompt and very thorough. Dr explained findings and offered suggestions for improvements. Didn't rush through with appt. and took time. Seemed interested in my general well being.
    Staff was friendly and prompt. Office was inviting.

    The staff is quick and not as friendly as some other care providers in town.  The doctor is nice, but he is very old and too quick to offer the old-school antibiotics instead of trying something new.  I had to go to a different provider to find relief.

    The staff here is fast, efficient, and friendly. The two PA's who work the Immediate Care office are the same--knowledgeable and kind, too. I was prescribed a different antibiotic that finally cleared up my infection and I felt better quickly. It is hassle free and they charge just for a general visit. It is a great practice, and I recommend it to anyone. I just wish they saw children!

    I like her. She's very thorough and very attentive to my concerns. She's willing to refer me to specialists. She takes Medicare patients; when I moved I had a problem finding a doctor who takes Medicare.

    At my first appointment, Dr. Dewald spent over an hour discussing my medical history and getting to know me.  He is a straight shooter which I appreciated.  A refreshing bed side manner.  There is a lab right next door so I was able to get my lab tests done immediately after my appointment.  Couldn't have been any easier.

    overall I believe my brother in law could have had longer to live if dr took the time to listen to patient's complaints of hurting in his back ,losing weight, increased difficulty in breathing and ordered cat scans and reviewed them. My husband saw him several years ago and our opinion was he ordered sleep tests and mask before doing what was in front of his face. My husband had huge tonsils that was causing him difficulting in swallowing .Getting a second opinion was the best thing we ever did for my husband. He had his tonsils out and didnt need the mask.

    He seems to recommend sleep studies & C-PAP masks to just about all his patients, which even with BC/BS insurance cost me over $800 out-of-pocket. Few people I know have been successful using the uncomfortable face masks, but guess it is worth the try to fix sleep apnea.
