ASewer & Drain MedicI called and explained that liquid was seeping out of the top of the septic tank, but the warning light had not come on. John spent 10 minutes on the phone with me asking questions and then explaining where I need to look for tripped breakers or blown fuses. I followed his instructions and was able to find a tripped breaker at the unit (severe lightning storms a few days previous) and got the unit up and running. No service call, and no charge. Zak Killmon came right away even though it was a Saturday and he stayed until the problem was resolved. He was courteous and professional at all times. The fee was very reasonble considering the time and effort it took to resolve the problem.- William H.

ASewer & Drain MedicWe have a venting issue with our septic we are aware of and are getting fixed but I also had a concern about another potential issue with the Septic so called and they picked up the phone. I spoke with a very knowledgeable gentlemen for at least 15 minutes described my concern, he asked some other questions to get an understanding of the issue and he stated he really did not think we have an issue and once the venting issue is resolved we should be all set, but if not to give him a call back and he would be happy to come out. He did not have to take the time to explain and listen to my concerns but did. I don't need it pumped right now, but when I do I will having them pump my system.- Pat B.

AKLEAN LATRINEr. Long arrived as promised and made quick work of the job. I was directing Mr. Long to my tank and he informed me that he didn't want to cross over a side walk for fear that it might be damaged. He was able to pump the tank from about 70 feet away which I thought was pretty neat. I had never been home when our tank was pumped in the past and enjoyed watching the process. Mr. Long was kind enough to answer all my questions and also pointed out that the concrete tee on my discharge pipe was broken. He explained how to fix it with a plastic replacement and gave me the name of a local business where I could get the part if I wanted to fix it myself. An hour or two latter and it was fixed! All in all, excellent service and price.- Keith B.

FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

BWell I did get a call back from Mr Christmas but unfortunately for née he was to busy and could not help us. Very nice person he gave us the name of someone to call but they were unable to help us too. So I can’t give a review on his work but he was very nice.

Fwater heater was very expensive $1780.00 + $99 charge for emergency service. This heater has a 12 yr warranty. When they removed the old water heater they left the drain open and the water stained the concrete that I had just paid to pressure wash. They did send someone back to pressure wash but could not remove all of the stain. They gave a complimentary Ben Society service contract for 1 year. It was my understanding they would come back within the year to drain the water heater which is very important to keep the sludge buildup out of the tank. They called today to have me renew the contract. I told them I was waiting for them to comeback and drain the tank. They don't do that unless you renew the contract. Rip off be careful with thwem they are VERY EXPENSIVE.
