  • This is a 'puppy mill' style practice, meaning that its office's practices favor quantity of bodies *seen* over quality of care. This is evident in everything from excessive wait times to the gross lack of priority placed on client health. Unnecessary tests are a requirement if you want to continue being seen; anything that runs up the tab is fair game. Truly important matters such as timeliness of necessary prescriptions and taking time to hear, understand, and attend to a client's needs, are left by the wayside. Instead of engaged healthcare, a river of prescriptions are slung at symptoms. Dr. Martin's nursing staff are pleasant and if you get Dr. Martin on most days, she is too. There have been awkward visits when she stepped into the room inexplicably addled, combative, and ultimately just bizarre. The office staff are a hit and a miss. Her office manager is way off her game and confusingly accusatory when handling normal client relations. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who had any other option.

  • She is an excellent doctor. I have been going to her for about five years and I love her. She is an internist. She will take me in anytime, no matter what is going on with me. I recommend her all of the time. She looks me over from top to bottom and she provides me with the best quality care. She is very thorough. I have called her from work and she has dropped everything to see me.

  • Great job!
    Only thing was it was crazy busy in waiting area. Very loud. An older gentleman walked in without an appointment and lady at front desk started to get alittle rude and loud with him. I understand he had no appointment , but he was much older and i'm guessing he didn't understand.

  • On my first visit, Dr. Warshauer found a potentially serious condition and immediately referred me to the proper physician.  Follow up to confirm diagnosis and treatment.

  • I knew Dr. Gerry's staff very well, until recent changes. The new office staff seem friendly and are very competent. I had to go out of state due to some extended family issues. The staff was very cooperative in rescheduling my appointment and offered to help long distance. Normally I have only a 5 minute wait. This recent visit I did wait for a much longer time. Dr. Gerry apologized. I understand that extended time with a patient may be needed. Considering my past experiences I do not see that as a problem.

  • I was a new patient for Dr. Hentz. I found her to be very warm, caring and thorough. She gave me samples of a medicine to try, tips on how to wean my son from breastfeeding, and recommendations for other concerns. I received a reminder letter in the mail that I had not followed up on scheduling an appointment for a mammogram. Every one in her office just genuinely seemed to care about me as a patient.

  • The staff is fantastic; always professional, friendly, and detailed. This time my visit was with Chris Steyskal, PA and it went very well. We talked about my current status and he examined me. Both Dr. Brown and Chris are very personable and professional. In other words, they have great bed-side manner. I never feel rushed and they very rarely run behind schedule; maybe 10-20 minutes at most. They respect my time as well, which I fell is very important.

  • The doctor I see at Glen Meade (Dr. Jones) is really VERY good. I think very highly of her bedside manner and professionalism. However, punctuality is not Glen Meade's strong suit. I typically have to wait for quite some time before being seen. The office environment is so-so. Not great. Not bad. Overall, I like the doctor enough to endure the long wait and the and quot;okand quot; office environment.

  • The doctor chosen contacted Azalea and asked for my daughter's records -- and we have been told that they will not provide them until we pay $30. That is outrageous - we're not leaving by choice, we're leaving because they basically forced us to.
