AISLAND LOCK & KEYIsland Lock & Key came out sooner than expected, pretty much right away! Instead of changing locks, they suggested rekeying the deadbolts, until I decided what kind of new locks I wanted. They pointed out that it would be less expensive to replace locks during regular day hours. They rekeyed my deadbolts on both my front and back doors, and provided me with two copies of keys. They saved me a ton of money! (Thank you!) Would DEFINITELY use them again, especially during non-emergency hours, as they are competent, courteous, professional & honest.- Jillouise B.

AI had 7 hours worth of work for Dave and Jerry and they were worth every penny! I had a couple of complext installations and several smaller jobs, but it added up to a lot of their time. They planned each job carefully, making sure to analye the inside and outside of the house so as not to impact any service lines. They were extremely tidy and cleaned up after they were finished. They were very patient with my need to have museum quality picture hanging! I tipped them very well because I don't believe he charges enough, just based on what I used to pay in the big city!

AGreat work. Pavel and crew showed up as scheduled and did an excellent job installing the new appliance which required modifications to the cabinet above and then ran the exhaust pipe through the attic to the outside. I have used them in the past and would highly recommend them.

ASteve was prompt in answering my initial call, prompt in scheduling (including asking to arrive earlier), and was right on time for the appointment. He assessed the work to be performed and didn't mind that I added on changing out a doorknob. He left everything as clean as he found it and was very kind. Prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him!

Our company has two licensed locksmiths (NC#1250) with one office manager. For Property Management type companies we offer a billing program once the account is set up. In most cases payment is due at time of service. We take local checks, all major credit cards (add 4%) and of course cash.
