  • Nice enough, voted best MD Encore Magazine, but not honest, upfront & forthright. Does not share blood test numbers nor explain significance. More interested in Medicare requirements & getting info into portable pc on wheels than patient's well being.

  • It is good. They are so large it is hard to get real personal attention there, but they are good. I last used them 5 years ago, and I only left them only because not that the care was not good, but I just wanted to go down to a more private, singular practitioner for a more one on one attention. Availability is good, you get immediate attention there. It is a large practice, so sometimes you can wait a while. I knew the physician that I saw there. They are very very large and you have to go through a lot of paper work, more so than the private practitioner.

  • I've been seeing Kim Farmer, PA for a couple of years. She is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, she is at a horrible office. I have had trouble with staff being rude, long wait times, and they also billed my insurance at the highest rate for a 5 minute follow up. After discussing the code they used with my insurance company and also a friend that does medical coding, I learned what they are doing is insurance fraud. I spoke with the office about this and was assured it would be corrected. Three months later (and several phone calls) they still have not filed my claim correctly and also sent me to collections after telling me not to pay until it was refiled. Ms. Farmer is great, but the office is very poorly run.

  • My last experience was okay. I've been using him for quite some time. There were no unexpected issues during my last visit. He's a good doctor. He follows up very, very, very well. He doesn't let the ball drop. He's very caring and listens to me and I like that kind of doctor.

  • Went for lab tests, chest x-ray, ekg and nurse consultation with regard to annual medicare questionaire a week before seeing Dr Gregory
First Family Practitioner who had diagnostics available for discussion prior to the office visit. Organized and efficient. Exam and discussion was broad and in depth. Satisfied that the state of my health was looked at, by both myself and the physician, in the broadest and most intensive manner one should expect of a Primary Physician.
Dr Gregory deserves the high ratings posted on Angie's List.

  • Fine. I guess if I had one complaint it is that they want me to come back far too often (every 3 months). My blood work came back fine after the 9/8 visit and yet they want me to come back in 3 months AGAIN. I am healthy and I see no reason for so many visits.

  • I like the doctor very well. He takes his time and he is very thorough. He takes time with you and goes over everything. He checks and makes sure that you get your follow-up exams from other doctors. He has always been available to me. Office is usually quite.

  • Doctor Warhaftig is very personable and competent (although I haven't seen him for other than routine annual physicals). His nurse is very efficient and the waiting time at each stage of the appointment wasn't bad by current standards.
They very efficiently entered the renewed prescriptions with my on-line pharmacy.
Lab and X-ray results from the previous week were available for reference so that they could be included in his medical evaluation.

  • Dr. Bridger is a great doctor and his nurses and Janet at the front desk are great as well. That being said I think that Dr. Bridger is the physician of choice. Occasionally I have had to see another doctor there and that was good too. I think that anyone needing a family physician would be happy with choosing New Hanover Medical Group, especially Dr. Bridger.

  • The dr was friendly and professional, but I felt rushed. There were also no diagnostic tests ordered, instead, he advised me to eat gluten free foods and to come back for a follow up if my symptoms continued. There is a lab test to rule out gluten intolerance, so I didn't understand why that wasn't ordered to possibly eliminate that diagnosis. Turns out, that was not my problem. I might revisit this practice again for simple treatment of obvious problems such as flu, ear ache, etc.
