DESCRIPTION OF WORK
I just bought a new home and wanted some work done to make the place mine. In the first round, I had carpets in the bedrooms replaced with vinyl, a back splash added to the kitchen, tile the patio, screen in the patio, ceiling fans added, paint the master bedroom, cabinets added to the laundry room and kitty doors added to two interior doors. James and Max were courteous and hard working. They made sure that things were done the way I wanted. There were a couple of snags the delayed the finish of the work - I didn't buy enough tile for the back splash (I bought more than I was told) and they had some weather problems with grouting the patio. I needed to get the first round done before I moved my furniture - the things that weren't done didn't interfere with that. I liked the work so much, I hired for a second round to be done after my furniture arrived. Mostly minor things this time - assemble a couple Ikea bookcases, anchor bookcases to the wall, flip a door so that it opened in a logical manner, adding two smart deadbolts, adding a Ring doorbell, adding a screen door, installing cupboards in a craft room and garage, assemble a lawn mower, add a folding shelf to the laundry room for folding clothing and install a thingy to hold my saddle to the garage. The crew this time was Juan, Max and David. They went over and beyond. David showed me how to operate the lawn mower and the folding table in the laundry room. They made sure everything was where and how I wanted it. They also finished the work from the first round.

The [Member Name Removed]'s are correct we are not a design contractor we are in fact a general contractor. The bathroom is beautiful. The only items we were made aware of after we completed the bathroom was the electrical outlets which were in the same location from the original layout.
