Replaced the HAVC

Butlers came out quick after the fire dept found the source of the bad smell was the wires in the air returned had caught on fire. The whole HVAC needed replacing. Just 3 days after ordering the new system, Mike and Andy installed the new HVAC and answered all my questions and concerns. I will definitely will be using them for all my heating and air needs!

They installed an upgraded three ton unit.

I've used them before. They put two units in for me at two different homes. My old house had three units in it. It's a family owned business and they are exceptional.

Heating unit replacement

Frankie,Terry,and Billy did an outstanding job!!!They braved the extreme cold to make sure that we would have heat. They were very professional. Awesome guys!!!

We had no heat for over a week and Butler never showed for 2 appointments. Once they finally showed they had not parts or materials on there truck. The Owner Matt Butler gave the excuse that the pipe needed had to be supplied by the gas company , Piedmont Gas, but upon calling them they stated that the line that was faulty was after their piping. This clearly shows Butler, it's owners, and their employees have no clue what they are doing. Do yourself a favor and call an HVAC contractor that actually knows something about HVAC work.

We ended up fixing the pipe by our self, our cost $17.39, but Butler billed the Home Warranty Company over $284.55 and they did nothing. PURE SCAM ARTIST

We needed an opinion of how to proceed with an air conditioning/heating system.

It went great. Mr. Butler came out and he is professional, courteous and honest. It was his honesty as to how to proceed with the problem that I most appreciated. He continued to be helpful until a final resolution was found. I would highly recommend Butler's HVAC to anyone needing this particular service.

I needed an opinion for a particular HVAC issue. Mr. Butler was prompt, courteous and professional. What we appreciated the most was Mr. Butler's honesty in his recommendation. He goes beyond the norm that we have experienced, in general, to provide helpful resources and information. At this time, he is still assisting us to find the equipment needed to resolve the situation. I would highly recommend Butler HVAC for anyone with a need for this service.

We are still in the process of procuring the equipment we need for this particular issue. It has gone very well and if we need more extensive service in the future, we will definitely contact Mr. Butler to perform the service we need.
