    Rockstarr Stone Masonry LLC
Rockstarr Stone Masonry was easy to work with. They helped with design suggestions and stone selection. The crew was punctual and even did some basic pre carpentry work that we asked for. The fireplace is beautiful and was a great price . Several neighbors came over to see what we had done and were surprised by the reasonable price. Will definitely use them again for outside work we are planing to do. Thank you James at Rockstarr

    Lasting Impressions Home Solutions
We had an excellent experience with Lasting Impressions Home Solutions. Michael started off on the right foot by coming out for an estimate very quick and being punctual. His estimate was very detailed and priced fairly so we decided to move forward. During the (approximately) 2 week job Michael was in constant communication with updates and making sure we were satisfied. The Lasting Impressions crew was experienced and it showed. Their quality of work blew us away. Michael made suggestions I had not even thought of that added to the overall quality of siding our house now has. During the project I was very impressed with the materials & techniques the crew used to wrap the fascia / soffit areas - so I asked if it was possible to expand the scope of the project to do the same to my shed. Michael quickly came back with a fair price to add in that work and it was done within a day or two. Any time an issue arose Michael went above & beyond to make it right and ensure our utmost satisfaction. Since the job was finished I have had multiple neighbors compliment our house and thank us for investing to help raise the overall look of the neighborhood. Our 1989 construction home now looks brand new thanks to the hard work and top-notch craftsmanship of Lasting Impressions Home Solutions.

    Painting & Moore
I hired Painting & Moore to paint the outside of my home and to do some drywall work. My house is made of brick so I thought this would be pretty straight forward, but this ended up being a disaster. (see attached photos). Every window in the home was painted shut. The irony of this was that we hadn't planned to get the insides of the windows painted but they advised us that it would look better if we did. Other painters later told me that painting a window shut is like the cardinal sin of painting; it should never happen to a professional. To make matters worse, when we told the crew that we couldn't open our windows, one of them became very angry and yelled at us and stated that it was our fault for not telling him to open the windows. The foreman, Oscar, told us that he was sorry this had happened, but that if we needed him to come back for touch ups then that would make up for the windows and they just left like the job was done. THEY JUST LEFT! I called the service manager, Ben, and he was very apologetic about everything and tried to put a plan together to fix this. So the crew comes back over and pries all the windows open and repaints. The service manager assured me he would come by that day to make sure all the windows were taken care of, but never did. After the paint was dry, we went around the house to close all the windows. WE COULDN'T GET ALL THE WINDOWS TO CLOSE. This is when I lost all confidence in Painting & Moore. I had to go outside at 9 o'clock at night on a ladder to try and push my crank windows shut from the outside. Some window seals had literally been ripped in two from when the painters were trying to force open the windows that had been painted shut. We did eventually get them all closed, but decided it was time to cut all ties with Painting and Moore and hire someone else to fix all this. Looking back, there were several signs that this was going to be bad. The crew was unprepared. They kept asking to use my tools. I had to loan out my drill, table saw, even had to dig out screws from my toolbox so they could use them for the drywall repairs (which didn't even get sanded down). They tracked in all kinds of dirt into the house. You can literally see their foot prints in the attached pictures.

    Champion Fence Builders Inc
Staff were very courteous when they came out and inspected the property in order to prepare the estimate. After receiving an estimate I sent champion a deposit of 50%. The workers (3 men) showed up to install the fence about a week later and the installation was completed in 1 day. The workers were very courteous. We went out to look at the fence after they left and thought it looked like one side of the fence was encroaching on our neighbors property about 5 to 7 inches. We just moved into this new development and the property markers are placed about all the lots in the development. We ran a string from the property line marker at the street all the way back to the rear of the corner of the fence on the side we thought looked out of bounds. And the fence was definitely encroaching on our neighbor's lot. So we called Champion back and told them that one side of the fence was encroaching on our neighbor's lot. Two days later one of the workers came back and looked at the fence and he agreed that one side of the fence needed to be moved over by about 7 to 9 inches on one corner. So he returned later in the week and moved the one side over so the fence was within our property line. So the point of this story is that whom ever you hire to install your fence, check to make sure the fence is within your property lines. This could really cause someone future difficulty if you try to sell your house and the fence is encroaching on your neighbor's property. I give Champion a "C" rating because they promptly came back and fixed the problem without us having to loose our composure.

    Watson Steel & Iron Works
They went to great lenghts to accommodate us. We needed a small amount of brick repair work done before the rest of the railing could be completed and it took awhile to find a brick mason to tackle this. Watson worked with us patiently throughout the whole process. They were always polite and helpful. We love our new railings! They did an outstanding job at a reasonable price. We will choose them again whenever we need this type of work done. Thank you Watson!

    Focal Point Masonry
This was a small job, so we were having trouble finding someone to do this for us. A friend recommended Mr. Williams. He responded promptly and came to do the work soon after. He and his son were very nice to deal with and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. We were very impressed. Though it was a small job, he assured us that every job was important to him. We found him and his son honest and hard working. We are ery pleased. Thank you, Mr. Williams. We will highly recommend you to our friends and family, and call you again anytime we need this type of work to be done.

    Brothers Painting JJ
JJ Brothers Painting did a wonderful job painting the exterior of our 3,000+ sq ft home and was a pleasure to work with. The work primarily involved cleaning the whole house exterior including removing stain from metal clad trim and gutters, painting the 2 story wood trim, painting 2 porches including bead-board ceilings and floors exposed to weather, the wood portions of a screened porch, cleaning and painting corroded external decorative light fixtures. Julio Martinez was personally attentive to detail and our concerns as he prepared his estimate. The team of workers were timely, and thorough in everything that they did from preparation, the painting itself, cleanup and attention to detail. Julio remained personally attentive throughout the entire project. As detail issues arose during the project, Julios quick response,Dont worry was assuring and was followed up with action.

    Piedmont Power Washing, LLC
I hired Eric to clean concrete areas at my home and referred him to a neighbor for the same type of service. He was paid cash for both jobs. After Eric completed my areas, I asked him what concrete sealing product to use on the driveway and he recommended Thompson's Waterproof Clear Multi-surface sealer. I applied it 3 days later and it ruined my driveway. It looks horrible. I asked Eric to return and help fix the problem and he said he would do it for an additional $100.00. I should NOT have to pay to fix this based on his recommendations. This is very unprofessional, rude, and "POOR" customer service. I will NOT use him again nor refer him to anyone. Obviously it's ALL about the money not customer service. I mailed him a letter in hopes he would do the "right" thing and come back to fix but have not heard anything. Nothing! How rude!

    Stronghold Fence Inc
Highly recommend Stronghold Fence. Shopped around and received a few quotes, read reviews, and chose Stronghold. Very easy to work with; showed up when promised; did fantastic work. Installers went above and beyond and even adjusted a gate on part of the fence they didnt install.

    Asa Stanford Inc
Cannot say enough what an awesome job they did. We built a three room addition for my mother. They listened to our plan, made suggestions along the way to improve, made a reasonable schedule and stuck to it (many times done earlier than projected). They built two rooms, one with a kitchenette along with a full bath with walk-in shower. They are honest, skilled professionals. They went over and above our expectations even installing railings and shelving at the end of the project
