These guys are great! I thought I had a leak in a pipe but Autry correctly diagnosed the problem and recommended an outfit that could fix it. Great customer service and professionalism. Fair pricing. I will continue to use Autry Plumbing.

John and his crew did superb work. John provides a detailed estimate at the beginning of a project and communicates clearly and constantly during the work itself. We let him and his team make a lot of the design and aesthetic decisions about flooring, colors and fixtures, with unfailingly positive results. He is a detail person who makes sure the smallest pieces of a project are done exactly right. The final bill comes with a detailed accounting of every aspect of materials and labor.

Call made and answered by very helpful lady. Was given time frame of 2 hours same day as call. Service tech Bill called and let me know 30 min before arriving. This was a tough job in a 100 year old home. Bill ran all the pipes and stuck with it till he solved the problem. Excellent service company and Bill did outstanding job. I'm keeping his card.

    A Rooter King Inc
Our sewer line was backing up into our lower level bathroom. I called Rooter King because they had done an excellent job with a similar issue about 3 years ago. They did tell me at that time that there was an issue that may eventually need to be addressed.
The new problem happened on a Saturday morning, and a young man came out quickly, but eventually had to call his boss to join and help him. They got the line flowing, but told me that they had gotten mud at the end of the snake. This is a sign of a problem. The cost for this visit was $400. I asked Max to go ahead schedule a camera visit to diagnose and propose a solution. He said that he would have the office call me on Monday to set up an appointment.
By Monday afternoon I had not been called, so I called them. I was told, " Oh, I thought you were going to call me".  We set up the appointment for Tuesday. Monday evening the sewer backed up again. Max, the boss and an assistant came on Tuesday and cleared the pipe again and ran the camera. Max showed me where the the pipe was broken and roots had entered. I asked him to work up an estimate for a repair. A little while the assistant knocked on the door, after Max had apparently left. and I was presented with a bill for $265 for the camera work and told:
    > Max would provide an estimate that evening, perhaps as late as 7:30 PM.
    > I would also be given a DVD of the camera tracing.
    > They did not charge me for re-clearing the line, only the camera portion.
    > Do not put any toilet paper into the system until it is fixed (presenting a rather distasteful option that we assumed would be short lived).
I heard nothing Tuesday evening nor early Wednesday. When I did call on Wednesday I was told that Max did not get home until late Tuesday and did not have time to work on the quote.
Again, after hearing nothing from them the rest of Wednesday, I called again on Thursday morning, and expressed growing annoyance and disappointment. I was told that she would get ahold of Max and have him call me immediately. An hour or so later he called and explained that he had called someone about getting a special drill he would need to make the repair, and that person had not returned his call. I rather curtly told him simply to call me when he had an answer.
In the meantime I contacted two other plumbers who assessed the situation. Both explained that it would be a complicated job because of the location of the break, the hillside homesite, and the difficulty getting any equipment in the yard. Both suggested running a new line as opposed to trying to repair the existing break. The most practical option will be to tie the new line into the existing one, below the break. In order to do that they will need to run there own, more sophisticated camera system, to identify the exact route of the pipe and its depth, so they can join it. (Note: the more advanced camera work costs $150, as opposed to Rooter King's $265). This also means the money I paid Rooter King for the camera work was completely wasted.
Friday I emailed a draft of this review to the address on A Rooter King's website and requested a refund for the camera fee.. Saturday morning I received a phone call from Max. I assumed that it was regarding the email.  Instead Max acted as if there was no problem and explained that he was still waiting to hear about the drill bit. I referred him to the email, and he said he never looks at that stuff.
Later I did receive a call from his wife/office staff who sincerely apologized explaining that sometimes he overextends himself. She promised a refund which I did receive.
The bottom line is that I was repeatedly ignored by a company and was delayed at least a week in getting this resolved, and in the meantime my wife and I were putting our used toilet paper in plastic bags and taking it to the trash each time. If I sound disgusted, you should hear my wife.

Call for repair was made this morning around 10 AM and was answered by a courteous rep.  She said we would be called back later this morning for repair, which surprised me.  About 2 1/2 hours later, Carl called and was here within 30 min, and repairs to both problems were completed within an hour.  Very impressed with punctuality, pleasant serviceman, who also offered some suggestions on future projects.

The main line from the house was jammed good between the house and over 100 feet to the next clean out near the road. We noticed some water near the drain in the basement, and then witnessed water shooting almost 5 feet in the air when the clothes washer drained. It did it again upon flushing a toilet, and I am almost positive this attributed to the very slow draining shower in the master bathroom. With a family at home, my wife insisted on the emergency service (called at 10:30pm and again at 10:50pm to change to emergency service). I would consider the emergency service call price/surcharge (~$80) to be very fair and not a way to take advantage of someone in much more dire need than us. A very friendly lady (I assume Mrs. Rose) answered the phone both times for such a late hour on Sunday night. She got Matt out here very quickly considering the Sunday hour.
First, Matt quickly located all relevant parts of the plumbing system and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then clearly and succinctly explained the problem, solution, pricing, and entertained all question. He brought first a small auger in and set out on the job - all of this in the first 15 minutes. A very stubborn blockage and lots of footage to go, he brought in a very large auger and cleaned out the main line as well as the line from the cleanout coming from the master southern side of the house.
Matt was very professional, courteous, and if it wasn't for him speaking softly (with kids and wife in bed), you'd have thought it was morning. While this was not a necessarily complicated problem, the professionalism, confidence, and direct way the work was set out and done will make Four Seasons the first plumber I call now.

They did a very good job.  We liked the fact that they did a good job and that they did not, we don’t know much about plumbing, they could have told anything so we appreciated that they helped us figure out what is really wrong so we could go on to the next step to really fix the problem.  They were very responsive; they got back to us quickly and gave us prompt service. Price wise we don’t know much about that kind of work.  We will use them again.

The house in which the work was completed is very old and, yet, Fred and Paul easily installed a plumbing layout that both satisfies my wants and suits the existing frame of the house. The staff at Weaverville Plumbing are genuinely eager and able to assist you with any plumbing endeavor, however minute or extravagant. Did I mention their unbeatable costs? I will never be ripped-off by another plumbing company again.

He took the time to describe how the septic system was laid out, how it worked and that the problem was that the septic needed to be pumped out and not a clog. He asked if we wanted to just wait for a septic pump out which would solve the problem or if we wanted him to dig out the top of the tank and try a temporary fix until the pump company could come (which we did). He was so friendly and knowledgeable I was just amazed. He was so nice I will always use them.
