  All went great. I called John on Saturday and he was at my home at the appointed time the next day, Sunday. John handled the job efficiently and cleanly. Just a pleasure to work with. I had been thinking about how to get rid of this large TV for several years now and if I had known that John would make it so easy I would have had him take care of it much sooner.

  He was fine. It's a ten minute job, it's not like a massive undertaking or anything. They did a good job. What I liked about the experience was that it wasn't bad. It took them 15 minutes to complete the work. They met my needs.

  This was a big deal purchase. It turned out okay. They worked with me a little bit because we had a few things and I was not exactly sure what their agreement covers and what it doesn't cover in the fine print there, but they did work with me. They told me that it might cost me extra to do something that I am asking for, but they worked with me in what they had with the voucher and did what they could so they didn't charge me extra. I'm going to use them again because I didn't have a bad experience.

  The experience went perfectly. Two guys showed up on time, gave me an estimate, told me about a coupon to use to lower costs, and then loaded up my stuff in a short period of time. Very professional and a good deal. I plan to hire them again.

  After cleaning out my garage (after almost 12 years in the same house), I had quite a collection of old equipment, carpet remnants, scooters, lumber scraps, an old basketball hoop and plenty of other items that had collected over time. I set up my appointment for 5pm-7pm on a Saturday to give myself time to get it all pulled out of the garage.
  Junk Doctors called me at 3:30 and told me they would be there by 5:30. At 5:30, they called to tell me it would be closer to 6:30. At 6:30, they called to tell me it was going to be after 7:15. At 7:20, they called to say they would be there at 8PM. At 9PM, I called to see where they were. Much to my surprise, they were just a few minutes away.
  When Junk Doctors arrived, I was surprised to see just one person manning the truck. He apologized for the delay and explained that someone had failed to show up for work, and he was making all of the stops on his own. In addition, several customers had had more items than expected, and he was forced to return to dump the refuse than anticipated. 
  While the punctuality may have been lacking this time around, the professionalism and commitment to get the job done simply AMAZED me. Any other company out there would have called to re-schedule rather than show up at 9PM on a Saturday night. I commend Junk Doctors for that. I will definitely use them again, and I would recommend them without reservation. 
  I wish I had written down the name of our driver. He was constantly in touch with us, and that made all the difference!

  I got a qoute from 1-800 junk and it was priced very high.  I called the junk guys and they gave me a great price.  They picked up everything I wanted them to and were just wonderful.  Punctual, right on time.  They charged me less than what they originally qouted.  I remembered something in my house that was to heavy to pick up, and they came in and picked up that for me too.

  We made an appointment for Friday am, and he arrived at the agreed time, and got right to work. He worked nonstop for the next four hours.The only problems I had were the fee, and compenstion to us for the removal of an old truck. We agreed that if he made any money off the truck-selling it for scrap metal-that we would get half. When he did sell it for $250, he wanted to instead split the money with 'the guy who took it to the scrap yard'. We just let it go.For the job, we'd agreed upon $300 initially, but as the work day wore on he reminded me several times what a great deal we were getting, so I so I took the hint and gave him $100 more. That should have been taken care of in the estimate, because he was shown what the job would entail.I thought for a long time about this review, and because he'd gotten such good grades from his other customers I was hesitant to give bad feedback, thinking it might just have been us. But I don't think so.

  I looked up the company on Angie's List and had received great reviews and I got an idea of what the service would/should cost. He answered and we scheduled a time for him to come give a FREE quote.  I rarely ever see offers of free quotes. He arrived at the scheduled time, even though a massive storm had just passed through, and looked at the job. We negotiated a very fair price for the job and he got to work. In an hour, the job was done and he was on his way. Very professional and punctual. i would/will definitely call again.

  ALL SEASONS WINDOW & DOOR CO INC

  Went very well overall. Crew showed up promptly and got to work immediately. Guys were very friendly and professional. Replaced all 7 windows and cleaned up everything. I have more windows to replace and will definitely be using All Seasons again. They were very competitively priced and chose All Seasons based on reputation from Angie's List. Would recommend them to anyone!
