Tyler came to see the bathroom on Tuesday morning, March 27th and said he would have the quote to me by at least Friday, the 30th. It's now a week later - April 3rd, and we still haven't heard anything from him. It' apparent they don't want or need our business, but I think an email or call to tell us that would be the correct way to handle that. And if there were some problem preventing them from getting the estimate to us in a timely manner - again - a call or email would be courteous. We had several other people give us quotes and they were very professional. We have chosen one and they will start work soon.

Everything is beautiful. The salesperson was helpful and professional, whenever I called the office staff was responsive or called back in a timely manner. The man who came to measure was professional and did a great job. He was also very quick. And the team who came to install everything did a great job. The piece had one seam which I can hardly notice. The only problem was a small notch was to be cut so that we could move our drop in stove back into place. The install team forgot to cut the notch on site. But when I called they scheduled a team to come back quickly. Overall I was very impressed with the work and the company. Thank you!

Sal and his crew were fantastic. First of all Sal is a very respectable humble caring owner. He is honest and his crew actually show up when they say they will. The remodel is honestly better than we could have thought and we are incredibly pleased and will be using Stonecraft again for a smaller bathroom and kitchen floor remodel. For work quality, price and honesty we could not have hoped for better. Matter of fact we were so impressed with his teams work we also asked them to do some small things we needed done around the house. You will not be disappointed with Sal or Stonecraft. As an additional note our scope of project changed as we were in the middle of the project adding an additional shower head and they had no problems incorporating it into our plans. Truly professional from A-Z. After the work was done he even sent in a cleaning crew to make the new bath sparkle and also to clean the Master bedroom which became dusty during construction. Like I mentioned previously a true professional and class act!

The largest project, an eleven foot granite countertop, was installed flawlessly and looks great. This was a mix-up with the granite sizes for the two smaller baths, but it was rectified quickly. I would highly recommend this company for their price, quality and professionalism.

These people get it! They were friendly and helpful. They listened to what I wanted to accomplish in my space, and then offered options that worked with that. They under promised, so they were able to over deliver. They have consistently been available and willing to answer the many questions that I have had.

Called me back two and a half hours later.  Asked me what I wanted to do with the kitchen, I explained we needed just a refurb - new cabinets (want to price out the cost of different kinds) new countertops, new appliances, new bathroom fixtures possibly a new shower depending on the space we have for it.
He seemed immediately disinterested.  He asked me if there was a "Mr." that he could talk to.  I ignored him, he asked where I was located.  I explained where I was and that it was an empty house we plan to refurbish and sell.  He asked again if there was a "Mr." he could talk to.
I asked him why it mattered.  He said he generally just likes to "talk to everyone involved" and "discuss the plans with everyone" and I said that I'd be handling it.  He was evasive after that and randomly said, out of the blue, "Well if you're just fixing up a house to sell, I won't be the cheapest guy."  That just blew me away, I never even asked for the cheapest work.  This is the house we raised our children in, we love that house.  We want it to be beautiful and updated when we sell it with a full heart.  And this guy, so rude, won't discuss business with a woman, makes obnoxious and rude assumptions.  I explained how I was getting 5-6 quotes. He repeated again that he wouldn't be the cheapest.  I *never once* asked for cheap work.  His rude attitude totally blew my mind.
I just said, "Well, that's fine if you don't want the work then" and he said "Well, ok."
It blows my mind how unprofessional some people are.  No wonder some people don't succeed in life!

Tracy was our designer, she walked us through the entire process. Helped us select just the right color granite and guided us to a backsplash design that made us extremely happy.
The 2 gentlemen arrived right on time to install the Graint. They removed the old counter tops and had everything ready to go in just a few hours. The one gentleman was also the plumber who installed the sink, faucet and garbage disposal.
The next day the backsplash was installed, the installer was so helpful in making the design work with our many outlets, he put the "bling" in just the right spaces.
The next day I had to call the office because there was a little haze on the granite left from the backsplash installation, they were so helpful. Told me exactly what to do to clean it and even offered to send the installer back so he would clean it. I followed their instructions and called them back to let them know it worked perfectly.
We are thrilled with our new kitchen. It's exciting to walk in there and see such beauty.

The entire process from start to finish went very well.  The kitchen remodel took less than a week.  The subs that Tony uses are great to work with.  Dave the granite guy was very professional and does great work. The bathroom remodel took about 5 weeks from start to finish.  They had other jobs going on at the same time so some days no one came to work, but then other days they were there all day and then some!  We LOVE the results of the master bath.  The only thing we kept were the bathroom cabinets. We had them install new granite countertops, a soaking bathtub with tile surround, enlarge our shower and it is now all tile with frameless glass doors.  New mirrors, new tile floor.  We feel like we are in someone else's home!  Tony is great to work with. Very honest and very fair.  I would highly recommend Carolina Remodeling Services!

Beautifully!!  Manuel communicated on each step and I actually went to his shop twice to pick out granite remnants.  This helped lower the price on the smaller sections I needed for the bath and fireplace.  Highly recommend them!!

It was a great experience from start to finish.  When I walked into Imported Stone, I was very excited to see a sample of the Cambria Berkeley Quartz product which I had seen on line.  I, of course, also asked about and was shown some beautiful granite, but I really was interested in quartz due to its maintenance free qualities and scratch resistance.  I picked out a sink there in the showroom.  For a larger selection of tile for the backsplash, Imported Stone referred us to DalTile.  Once we picked our tile, Imported Stone arranged for Chris DeMeo to do our tile work.  They assured us he would do excellent work, and he certainly did.

The template was made by a very careful and knowledgeable man.  The slabs were ordered and when they arrived, we were asked to come see them, to be sure we liked them and to see how the counters would be laid out on the slabs.

Basically the whole job took 4 days.  The tile was removed one day, the  next day the old counters and sink were removed and the new ones put in, the next morning the plumber came, and the new tile work began.  That took two days, one for installation and one for grouting.

The counter top installers were very careful and took their time with a somewhat complicated winged bar top on our island.  We had been uneasy about that part of the installation and it went very smoothly.  The counter tops are beautiful.  The plumber was prompt, and had my new sink plumbing, faucet and garbage disposal installed very quickly.  Chris DeMeo did a beautiful job with the tile work.  Everyone who worked in our home was neat, careful, polite and professional.

We are very pleased with the results and would recommend Imported Stone, Custom Tile, and E&E plumbing highly.
