Car looked brand new! So happy. Got in my car there was a personally-signed letter from the owner thanking us for our business with one of theirs.

    Very professional & polite on the phone, explained process, dealt w/other person's insurance. Husband took estimate by very professional  & polite. They had it ready on time-plus they had detailed it and filled with gas. Looked brand new! (It's a 2006 model!) Color matches perfectly. Very friendly-inside the car was a thank you note, pen, and candy. :)

    I called Jeremy to see if he could fix a dent in our car door that was caused by another car door banging into it. I left a message and he got back to me in a half an hour. He asked where I lived and said he could come and give me a free estimate within the hour, and if I liked the price, he could go ahead and fix it then. When he got to my house, he looked at the dent and said it would be $150, which was an amazing price. Especially if you go to a body shop and see how much they charge. He went ahead with the repair, and it took maybe 20 minutes. I was very impressed with the job. The door looked like nothing had ever happened to it. Jeremy was really nice, prompt and professional. I love the fact that he comes to your house and you don't have to spend hours at an auto repair shop. I'm SUPER glad I called him and will keep his card for future needs.

    Danny and his wife are professional, friendly and extremely accommodating so pleased with their service and the quality of their work. Would out go anywhere else for any kind of auto repair. They were kind cough to return the truck to my home because my husband had been ill. Just nice people!

    It went very very well. I sent a message to Jeremy, asking if he would be willing to talk to me to give me a rough ballpark estimate of what would be a reasonable amount to repair the damage. Jeremy was quick to respond and very willing to give me information to help me out. Jeremy called me back looked over photos of the damage that I sent to him. After we spoke, he offered to contact the car's owner and to go by her home if necessary to assess the damage. He ended up talking with her and assessing the damage for no charge. He said that he honestly could not repair it 100%. I appreciated his honesty on this. He offered the names of two of contacts who were reasonable and reputable. In addition, he texted me a few times in this whole process to let me know updated information. In all of this, he did not earn one dime. His helpfulness saved me money and gave me necessary information to make an informed decision about how to handle repairs (pay out of pocket, or file insurance claim). I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who needs autobody work done. Though I did not have him do actual work, his other reviews speak to the quality of his work. As to his integrity and willingness to give assistance, I give him two enthusiastic thumbs up!!

    The paint quality is OK with some orange peel compared to factory paint. The new hood did not fit well which required a return trip to have them adjust that.  The fit is marginal and in retrospect I should have asked for another remedy. One headlight assembly was replaced and it was grossly out of alignment, which I corrected.  I also discovered a bolt that was missing after the reassembly of some items in the engine compartment.  I sent pictures of the missing bolt and was assured they would order one and let me know when it came in.  Sure enough the call came but I was unable to get back to their shop and asked if they could mail it to me and they said yes.  After several days and no bolt I called back and was told it was not the correct bolt and they were getting a different one and would send it.  After a while with no bolt I called back and it was there and would be mailed that day.  Several days later with no bolt I called back and they had just mailed it that day.  After several days with no bolt I emailed through their website with no response.  So I was at Lowes one day and I bought one to install.  The drivers side window, which was disassembled during the repair process, has been malfunctioning periodically which concerns me. This is on a 2012 car with no previous history of a problem.  I have sent in the customer comment card with no response.

    I feel compelled to come on here and write a review, and I don't really ever do this.  I had someone bump me at a light yesterday.  Left a light scratch and minor indentation on bumper.  I have used Southern Collision before (now Crossroads).  I brought my car over to see what they thought.  Chris was a class act.  He said he could give me an estimate, but honestly, he would just leave the bumper alone, as it's hardly noticeable unless I point it out.  which was true.  He said he would just tough up the scratch and let it be.  So I asked him, "how much for the touch up"?  He said "don't worry about it", looked up my paint color in my trunk and then came back 5 minutes later with the color made up and touched it up.
    Two things to note here.  He could have easily said that I need to make the repair and made hundreds of dollars.  And he didn't need to touch it up for me for free.  But Chris demonstrated integrity and gave me his honest, professional opinion.
    Highly recommend them!

    Danny was great to work with and communicated throughout the process. Estimate was given in timely fashion and some alternatives were offered that would save money and not sacrifice quality. The Lines from front fender all lined up to hood and door. Couldn't tell the damage had ever occurred. They even washed the Camry upon completion. I know Danny stands behind his work and walked me around the car to make sure I was satisfied. I have another repair job and will take it to Danny without hesitation.

    In February 2013 B&R repaired the left rear fender, bumper and door of my Volvo sedan. They did an excellent job which still looks perfect.

    A piece of trim came loose last month (March 2015).  I had forgotten this was part of the 2013 accident repair.

    B&R checked their records and saw that they had replace this trim as part of the 2013 repair.

    They replaced the trim and washed my car free of charge.

    I thank them for their honesty, integrity and workmanship.

    I realize this will sound like I'm their PR person, but I'm not. I have no affiliation with this business whatsoever.
    They were very responsive every step of the way. The most convenient time for me to have the work done was when I was on a business trip, and the Wilburn folks even gave me a ride to the airport. Paul emailed me each day while I was gone with a status report of what was happening on my car that day and what the next step was. My flight home was delayed slightly because of bad weather, which put me picking up the car past "quitting time" for the shop. Paul stayed late to meet me and make sure everything was to my liking.
    The work done was excellent. My four-year-old car looks brand new (at least the area they worked on does). Paul even had his folks buff out some scratches. Big thumbs up, both for the work done and for great customer service.
