AArtisan Building & Design LLCCan’t say enough good things about the work performed. We had 2 kitchen walls removed to open to the living room and had an “L” shaped bar installed with granite countertops. They also installed hardwood floors throughout our house. Milton Ray and Gerald are perfectionists. I truly felt like they would do anything to make sure we were satisfied. They listened to all of our ideas and were transparently honest with their feedback. AAbove & Beyond ConstructionIt went great! all the painting staff was great and very professional. They were here every morning and worked every day till all was complete. They were no nonsense and were all smiles. They painted the ceilings in the living room and we simply stayed upstairs. They were great to work with and Nathan helped us remodel the kitchen and put in the microwave and dishwasher in perfect places. ACrosswinds ConstructionFrom Planning and permits to putting the finishing touches on our bedroom, family and bathroom addition, we were totally satisfied. With pandemic and epic weather, we were completed as promised, a week early. Jeff the owner is always available, fair and responsive. He had things taken care of that never crossed my mind, covered and knew just what the local codes called for. The property was kept clean and all workers were respectful of us and our property. FCame out and looked at the job. Said they could do it all and took measurements. Left saying for me to select flooring and send them details. after I sent flooring details they made two appointments to come give me an estimate. Did not show up for either appointment? Took me several weeks to get any response out of them at which time they bid $2500.00 for sub-floor only? I have been unable to get this work done to date?

AWhen I bought my home in 2016, I didn't know a soul in the area. I interviewed more than a half dozen contractors before I met Sherrill. I knew after speaking with him that I wanted him to completely gut and re-do the master bath. Since then, Sherrill and his team have gutted and redone the kitchen, built a privacy fence, a deck and a new front entryway. I have full faith and trust in them. They know exactly what they're doing. It's wonderful to be able to speak so highly of a contractor!

ALucas did measurements and provided a proposal, which was better than 2 more local flooring outfits, so we hired Sasser Flooring to redo our first floor. This required 1) demolition and removal of porcelain tile in kitchen and laundry, some hardwoods from halls, and carpet from living, dining and sun room, 2) installation of new sub-floor plywood to make all floors level, and 3) installation of new Coretec luxury vinyl planks with transitions. The team of Steve (lead), Terry and Nathan did an excellent job on all fronts. When I pointed out any concerns, Steve handled them immediately. The job was professional from start to finish, and we are very pleased with our new downstairs floors.

ABy far the best contractor we have ever worked with. Victor was always on-time (or early), his crew cleaned up every day during the remodel, and was very responsive throughout the project. The quality of the work is wonderful. They installed hard wood floors in our master bedroom, built out the closet and redesigned the interior, painted master bedroom, installed large tile shower, heated tile floors, new cabinetry and countertops in master bathroom. Also performed some electrical work as part of the renovation. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him for any job. Has great ideas and will offer great suggestions if you ask his opinion. Very honest, reliable and overall great to work with.
