    Thomasville Veterinary Hospital
Terrible terrible terrible. It looks all shiny and fancy, but the medicine and staff is horrible. Boarding is lax. We picked out puppy up from 2 days of boarding and he reeked of urine even though we requested a bath, and paid for one. He had diarrhea for days, they told us to give him more fiber. Turns out he actually had a severe bacteria infection. They just don't care.

    HAPPY PETS-IN HOME PET SITTING
This was our first experience using an in-home pet sitter. They were fabulous. Even called after their first visit to let us know how things had gone. We recommend them highly and would use them again without hesitation.

They are very good and expensive. They are convenient in Thomasville. That is why I used them. There would be one of that here that I know. You have to get your visit time until it was everyone. They are local.

    JORDAN VETERINARY HOSPITAL
I came into this vet on December 5, 2013, concerned about my dog's nausea and vomiting and lethargy.  He said that he was concerned that she may have lymphoma because all of her lymph nodes were swollen.  So, he did an aspiration and they said they would call me within 2 days.  I didn't get a call until 5 days later and he told me that the findings were that it was a lipoma not lymphoma.  He dismissed her.  I paid over $550 that day for a misdiagnosis.  I was already unhappy with the smug attitudes from all of his other staff, considering how much money I spent at his facility, so I went somewhere else.  It is now May 21, 2014 and my dog has been officially diagnosed with terminal lymphoma and she's going downhill quickly.  She has had this lymphoma since he tested her in December and he's very lucky that this review is all that I am going to pursue.  I want to warn everyone else out there that he is capable of fatal mistakes and I do not want anyone else to have to go through this pain that I am enduring right now.  His visits and tests are very expensive and it would be best to find a more knowledgeable, professional, and overall, friendly environment to take your pet to.  This vet's office was one of the worst I've ever been to.

    BANFIELD THE PET HOSPITAL
I have been taking my dogs to Banfield since 2000. We have moved all over the place being in the military and we recently moved to Thomasville, NC and I needed to get my sick dog in to the vet soon, like that day, and they told me that it would be a week out at least and that the vets were backed up because they had a shortage. The tech on the phone was rude! She does not deserve to have a job. So, I said okay I will try again, later. In the meantime, I took my dog to the emergency clinic. I took her to Thomasville Veterinary Clinic and they are super expensive but they took her right away. I take my dog to the vet at LEAST once a month, sometimes more! So, I tried for the next several months to get in with Banfield because I am paying for her Wellness insurance which is $35 a month!!!!! and NOW IT'S NOT EVEN BEING USED because they can't get me in within a few days. I don't wait weeks to take my dog to the vet. Forget it! Especially when they're sick. Well, in a year, after calling every month, I NEVER GOT HER IN TO SEE THE VET! They ALWAYS SAID THEY WERE BACKED UP FOR AT LEAST A WEEK! I'm disgusted with High Point, NC Banfield. I liked Virginia Beach, VA Banfield, Fayetteville, GA Banfield and Newnan, GA Banfield. High Point can forget it! Get with it! I filed a complaint with corporate. You people need to get with the program!!! IS THERE A RATING BELOW F?

    JORDAN VETERINARY HOSPITAL
If you want a "small town" feel for a vetrinarian, this is the place.
Everyone is caring and attentive.  I feel very comfortable having
them treat our animals.  I do feel as though they might be
a bit on the throwback side regarding types of treatments.
Overall, though, they go out of their way to make sure the
pets receive the most thorough care.  It's good to be able to
see the same people every time.

    BANFIELD THE PET HOSPITAL
Our cat had constipation issue and suffered on Friday night. We just moved from outside of the state and we don't know the vets around here and it was weekend. We found this place which was opens on Saturday. I was skeptical about this vet based on the reviews. We called and they had walk-in time between 9:00am and 11:am. The receptionist told us that we might wait for a while because they serve first-in-first-out. We got there around 10am, waited for ten minutes, and soon Dr. Martha worked with our cat. She was professional and decided to give her(our cat) enema administration quickly. She spent in the hospital for 4 hours to make sure she was O.K. Our cat recovered when we brought her to our home. The price was very reasonable. They recommended Optimum Wellness Plan, check up visit, and some suppliments to us and we simply said and quot;No thank youand quot;. They weren't pushy. I saw their price list of vaccines and annual check-up and they are reasonable. I think it's a good place to have regular chech-ups.

    Thomasville Veterinary Hospital
A stray dog adopted me, so ...They were able to give me an appointment for the next day when I called. They have several veterinarians, so can accommodate many scheduling needs. The money I paid includes the first check-up, preventative medications (heartworm, fleas, ticks), immunizations, home again device, and  spaying.
I didn't like the vet we saw on the first visit. He didn't look me in the eye and took my dog into another room for most procedures. However, 2 more visits with 2 other veterinarians there were much better. They took their time and did not speak down to me. They even got down to sit on the floor with my dog.
Stitches from surgery were too far apart. Incision healed okay, but could have been neater.
4 appointments total and 1 negative experience.
