Jimmys Drain and Sewer Service, Inc
I oversee over 100 long-term rentals on a daily basis. Imagine how many plumbing and sewer clogs we deal with. I highly recommend Jimmy Yeck of Jimmy's Drain and Sewer Service in Swansboro, N.C. and Onslow County. Jimmy has the experience and "know-how" plus state-of-the-art equipment necessary to tackle any plumbing or sewer obstruction.

The communication with Island Plumbing was great - which is half the battle when it comes to hiring contractors in our area. I called, they call back. It was amazing. My overall experience was fair. I asked for a quote on two different occasions prior to the job began. I never received that quote and had a bit of sticker shock when the invoice arrived. Also, it seemed as if the job took quite longer than it should have; possibly because of the two men, only one was experienced enough to do any actual work - the second, was primarily a tool provider (both extremely nice and respectful). The walls were to the studs and for the most part, the plumbing was easily accessible. A few of my instructions for the plumbers were not complete to my specifications - I blame that on not actually taking notes when surveying the job. i.e., I asked the plumber to sub the toilet plumbing above the floor so I can lay the flooring and place the flange in the appropriate space. Instead, I received a new flange with the existing plumbing well short of being flush with the subfloor. When I called to question this, I was told that "risers" would help with that problem. Maybe so, but not what was preferred by the customer. Also, the plumbers had to return to the job site in order to fix a small discrepancy but were prompt and easy to work with regarding the issue. The job went incomplete before sending an invoice. The plumbers were supposed to come back to hook up the faucet, toilet, shower accessories, etc...but after receiving the invoice half way through - I got the point and will finish the job myself.

Never showed up! Spoke to Adam who seemed as if he was going to work with us. He said he would call back, never did. I called him again giving him the benefit of the doubt, he asked me to send him a text with me information and that he would call me back. Never did. Sent him a courtesy follow up a couple of days reply, no call. Just unprofessional. If you're busy, you're busy. Just be honest with the customer.

    Trigleth Plumbing Co
Trigleth showed up in a very timely fashion, did all the work in a professional manner! The charge for the service was very reasonable, he even checked out some other issues - we would definitely use them again.

reDon't hesitate to call DrainPro when you need plumbing.  We were pleased with the service rendered on two occasions.  They were very punctual, cleaned up after themselves, and did a very good job on our plumbing issues.

    Trigleth Plumbing Co

Mr. Trigleth presents himself well. He is a very neat, clean, and nice-looking gentleman. He introduced himself, came into our home, and I took him to my kitchen. Almost immediately he found the problem. He went out to the truck, retrieved a saw, returned and had the sink repaired in no time. I am somewhat handicapped, and he was so nice as to wipe the surface clean under the sink. He went out, sat on the porch, prepared my statement, and came in. He said he was only charging me for a service call and it would be only $95.00. I paid him and thanked him for his very quick response. Rather than rushing out the door after getting his money, we talked for a few minutes. It came up about the fact that swimming pools are not really built with the handicapped in mind and not for those that need water therapy in general or following a particular surgery. Not even and quot;wellness centerand quot; type pooIs take any of this into consideration. There are no ramps nor other means to aid people getting in and out of a pool. He totally agreed with me that this is a factor that all pools should be required to fulful. I told him that I had found him on Angies List. I also told him his wife had told me that since I had used Angies List I would get a discount. (I didn't really get all the details from her, which I should have done.) He said he didn't know anything about that; that his wife handled that kind of stuff, so I told him that was ok. I haven't called her about the discount; not sure I will inasmuch as was very satisfied with Mr. Trigleth and his work, but whenever I need him again, I will ask specifics about the discount. Every penny does count. I would highly recommend Trigleth Plumbing. I don't believe you will be disappointed.

We had the septic tank back up on a Sunday morning at the home we have been renting for the last year. We called, Atlantic All-Pro and they were at our house within the hour. He quickly found the tank (which wasn't marked), pumped out the full tank, and cleaned out the filter, which was clogged. Also gave us info on septic maintenance as this is our first experience with it. Overall, he was quick and efficient. Would hire again.

He's done multiple services for us. He does very well. He has put in plumbing for a vanity, sink and shower in a small bathroom as well. I've told many people about them. They are considerate, efficient and on time (if not they always lets you know).

    NPS Plumbing
My water pipe burst on a sun night . Water was everywhere! After turning off the main switch I called several plumbers who claim to have 24 hour service. NPS. called back within 45 min. They spoke with me about the problem and we decided to set up an appt for Mon. They were right on time . Two young men( in their 20,s?) arrived in a fully stocked van. They were very courteous and went right to work! They fixed my shower pipe and inspected under my home for leaks and fixed them. I was dubious because of their age but beleive me they were experienced! They had all the parts on their van too. I received an itemized bill and the was a little higher than I thought but because they came so quickly it was probably a reasonable cost. I will definately use them again. P.S. the other 6 plumbers I called only 2 called back..2 days later!
