    Stokesdale Service Center
I’ve used them several times over the last several years. I got to know the guys up there. I kind of know them on a more personal level. They’re pretty quick in getting the work completed. I’ve had them do repair work before also. They have a garage there.  I’ve had them do mechanic work. If something is not necessary or if costs more than it’s worth, they will tell you.

We provided the oil and the filter. They're fast and they're not expensive. It's kind of like a mom and pop place. You usually get better service than with a company that's part of a chain. We kind of like doing business with the mom and pop companies, than some of the chains. I've had a bad experience with some of the chains, even with auto service.

    Import Specialty Summerfield
This car is my sons car and fortunately he is away. I have used Butch before to replace the AC in this car. He did an excellent job. When I needed these simple items done I called and made an appointment. I dropped the car off on Sunday night and went back Monday morning to give him the key and go over the list of what I needed done. He said he would do it Tuesday or Wednesday. I didn't hear from him, but Butch isn't good about communicating. The following week Butch said he was slammed. Thanked me for my patience, my car was next. So the next week I called and my call went to the message machine. I called back and it went directly to the machine. The next day I called and he said his worker was working on my car but had to take his children (5) to get their immunization. When his worker came back he'd call me and let me know what had been done. He didn't call back. No work had been done on m car. The next day I went to the shop and he said the real reason he didn't get to my car in 3 weeks was because Hwy 220 is being expanded and it's very difficult. I asked for the key back, told him I was going to be leaving reviews of this episode on social media and left.

    Webster's Import Service
Nice guys that can fix your car. But charge more than the Dealerships. Had my car towed to Websters, asked them to do 100$ diagnostics. They called me 2 days later, and said that they had already installed 2 sensors, and a battery, and the bill would be ~$725 (575 +150 battery) Plus to finish the job they need to install a new catalytic converter. They want 900$ more, plus labor to install this part. Issue #1) What ever happened to just the 100 diagnostic, and calling the client ? does everyone have 700$ laying around ? -This issue was never answered. Issue #2) why a new battery ? It worked just fine the week before when it was only 20 degrees out. The tow truck driver left the light on and drained the battery. - this issue was quickly resolved by them pulling the battery out, and reversing the charge. (Update:3 weeks later my "dead battery" is still working fine.) Issue #3) I called 3 local dealers and asked them what they would charge to diagnose and install the two sensors. The full priced DEALER service station ranged from 450-550 "out the door"..why is Webster's trying to charging me 575 ? - Webster's said the dead battery caused them a bunch of extra troubleshooting time. I guess I have 'Stupid' written on my forehead. Even morons know how to identify a dead battery. - After arguing with them, they agreed to reduce the price to 465, still what I could get a dealership. Still 100 more than it should have been. - Please note, their tactic is to say "Were already loosing money on this job, but what price will make you happy" This happened last year when they overcharged me the first time. (how are they loosing money when they are charging what a dealer charges, but has significantly lower overhead ? Issue #4) A new OEM Catalytic converter will cost anywhere from 500-750 at a dealer.... once again, why does Webster's think they need to charge 900 ? Don't they make enough profit from their parts discount? Ref http://www.group1autoparts.com/saturn/sky/12597268/2007-year/base-trim/2-4l-l4-gas-engine/exhaust-system-cat/exhaust-components-scat/?part_name=catalytic-cnvrtr Issue #5) Why do you have to pay a 35$ Envionmental Fee, just to install 2 sensors ? This is a common trick of the trade that needs to stop -Their answer: "Everyone else is charging that fee." Sorry Webster's, but this customer wont be coming back.

    Randall Tire And Auto
Gave me the best price anywhere on the tires for this vehicle.  The alignment equipment and technician are tops.  I don't trust my BMW to just anyone.  These guys know what they are doing and they give you a full explanation of costs and leave you in the driver's seat as to what repair/services you want and what you don't want.  This is done without a sales spin or any pressure.  You bet I'll go back and add them to my speed-dial.

Goodyear Auto Service Center - Greensboro
A very fair and professional business. After going through the above - I will be with this company for many years to come. I forgot to mention that they checked 7 other things in my car and did not charge me for anything. If you want honest and high quality auto service, go to this station and ask for Tim and Chris.

AAA Car Care Greensboro - Pisgah Church
NOT GOOD. I have spent several thousand dollars with this outfit over the past year. My Daughter's car needed a lot of work and I took it there and then took my own car there and found a lot of issues. The last time I was in the lobby waiting for my car to do an oil change, I watched the technician show 3 customers their little demo of what a good shock and strut was like compared to a weak one. Then here was my turn and they showed me the same thing - guess what = they said I needed new shocks and struts ($850.00)They also told me my brakes were very weak and needed to be replaced! I took this same care to an old favorite of mine and they told me that my shocks and struts were just fine and that I needed no work on my brakes. I will never go back to AAA and have lost all respect for this auto shop. I will be going to my old favorite from now on. I only wonder how much I could have saved by not taking my Daughter's car there!

    M&M AUTO SERVICE
It went well. Their estimate to do the work was right on. Also able to get some feedback from the mechanic. Checked the brakes upon request and discovered the front brakes were fine but showed the wear on the back brakes which were then replaced.

    M & M Tire & Auto Inc
They were friendly and quick once they got to our car. It took a couple of days because they are busy. They work on a lot of things but have a few limitations such as they do not work on exhaust. I would trust them with my car and a good deal.

    LEONARD IMPORTS
Leonard Imports' prices are fair and for the past few years now, I have had no complaints. I've been extremely pleased with their services and with Amy who works in the office. They have the vehicle ready when they say they will and I would absolutely use them again in the future.
