    When the installer arrived, the oven would not fit. The installer was concerned and apologetic about the mistake, and he tried his best to find a solution. The original salesman, when contacted by the installer, was too busy with sales inside the store to be at all helpful. He seemed unconcerned about his mistake and uninterested in helping to rectify the situation, although the installer was willing to stay until we could solve the problem. At this point, it had been two weeks since I purchased the oven. In the end, the salesman offered a lesser value oven at the same price as the first oven. His final offer was to waive the installation fee, but he still offered the lesser value oven at the same price as the original oven. The installer was terrific, Hart Appliance sales guy, not so much. Frustrating.

    Danny had worked on our Whirlpool refrig/freezer under warranty and had to make 4 calls to replace faulty product sent by the mfr. He recommended cutting my l losses and seeing if I could work out something with the Lowes manager (which worked out well). I have found Convenient Appliance and Danny in particular to be very professional, responsive and most of all honest. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Luis did a superb job in all respects. He is very professional and very capable and very reasonable with respect to cost of service. He knows his stuff and his honesty, integrity and trustworthiness comes through loud and clear. In addition he provided extremely prompt service. As a 79 year old, I have dealt with many appliance repair people over the years and I have never had better service than that provided by Luis. He is simply the best!

    I had to go with them because all the different companies we called are not available on weekends.  The problem came out on a weekend so the possible date was Monday.  When we contacted A&B they're the only ones who could come the very next day after calling several people.  They were prompt.  They were good.

    I'm not involved in it but my ex said they were very polite and she really likes the person and they fixed it the first time and really inexpensively. She meets them here and dealt with them. She said she really likes them and she was very sure about that.

     My home warranty company assigned my claim to this company.  I was never called by them to schedule my emergency service appointment.  After calling 5 times and leaving messages on both their office line and their emergency cell phone I still got no response.  I called a 6th time and finally got someone.  They told me they would be out the following day by noon.  I asked if there was any way they could come earlier and they said no.  They suggested I try to find someone who could come out earlier than they could.  I told them that I might and that if I did find someone else, I'd let them know.  I didn't have time to call anyone else and assumed they would be at my house by noon the next day.

    They did not show up at noon and did not respond to any of my calls or voicemails until I called the warranty company to complain.  When they did finally call me, they basically blamed me for the confusion saying they thought I was having someone else come out and do the repairs.  After some discussion, they said that they were going to come out that day.

     In less than two hours, they were at my house, made the repair and were gone.  About one minute after they left, water started streaming from the a/c unit in my house.  I called their cell phone and got no answer.  I called repeatedly (four times) until they answered.  They turned around, came back and found an additional problem.  I was pleased with the work they did on their return trip. 

    I wish they would have been more thorough the first time and it wouldn't have required the second visit, but in the end, my a/c works and I'm glad the ordeal is over.  I have instructed my warranty company not to assign any future claims with this company.
