It went very well. Couldnt have been better. I will definitely use him again. I plan to replace all 4 commodes and he is going to install them for me. He is welcome to give out my number if you want to call me.

Tom from Top Notch Plumbing was professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to help me finish my projects quickly and without exceeding my budget. His diligence is something you do not see often any more, and I will absolutely be calling them for my future plumbing needs.

Very well, We will be using them in the future for other plumbing needs. As far as cost, cant compare, as we never had this issue in our life coming from a well. But the job was done nicely, and a few other things fixed that they didnt know about .

After numerous calls from the builder, the plumber finally showed up on Sept 21, 2017. Supposedly they worked on the pipe going into the tank. In the process of working on the pipe, they broke both lids to the main tank and both riser tubes were damaged. One of the lids had a third to half of the lid missing. They also left the yard a mess. I found this all out when I arrived home from work that day. The builder had to call a septic company to come out and fix the riser tubes and replace the lids. After all this, I had the system checked and the incoming pipe is still going uphill and 3-1/2 inches of water is still standing in the pipe. I do not recommend this company.

Everyone that I encountered spoke with expertise and very pleasant. Roger Boger came to our house and was extremely knowledgeable of the products/services he was selling. The service crew was very polite and prompt to answer any questions or concerns that I had. They left their workspace well kept. Will use them in the future for any needs that may arise.

It was fine. Tommy did a good job and probably could have used a helping hand. He finished in the best time possible with no help. The charge was more than expected and Tommy worked very hard to get everything done...

They would come over, put a liquid drain cleaner down her sink and charge her an average of $80.00. This would fix the problem for a couple of days and then she would have stagnant dirty water standing in her sink again. I had occasion to stay in her home this past March, while she was in the hospital. I called another plumber to check out the problem and he found the pipe was covered inside with 50 years worth of grease. He replaced the pipe and the hardware under the sink, which was corroded, and to this day there has been no problem at all.

They were on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Both Butch and his son are friendly. He gave me an estimate of between $600 and $700. I asked him if we could try to keep it around $650 and he said he'd try but it would depend on what he ran into. The work took about 3 hours. Quality of the work was ok but the results were not what I expected. The water pressure that I mentioned earlier is even worse now. For example before my sprinkler would spay 12 -15 feet in the air. Now I'm lucky if it goes 5 feet in the air. If I turn on the kitchen faucet the sprinkler drops to 2 or 3 feet and I just get a drizzle out of the kitchen faucet. I asked butch about the lack of water pressure to the sprinkler before he left and he told me it's because the old outdoor faucet was connected to the main water line. When I asked him about the drop in water pressure at the kitchen sink he said it must be because the main line coming into the house is so old. I asked him for a quote and he said he'd call me after he measured and figured it up. After he left I noticed that he replaced the old 3/4 inch lines with 1/2. While 1/2 may be acceptable by today's standards, I don't understand why if you already have water pressure issues (which he was made aware of) you would replace 3/4 inch lines with 1/2. The old outdoor faucet that was used as a quick fix to replace the broken pipe was not fixed either. I was told this old faucet was just as good a capping it off any other way. I will end up replacing the 1/2 inch lines with 3/4 inch lines myself. I will also replace the old outdoor faucet with a permanent cap. As for the quote for replacing the main line, he called back and said it would be $1,300.

It took a long time to put in but what a great good. Never thought i would be proud of a water conditioning system but I am. There was a lot to do in the crawl but the owner, Eddie and 2 other guys did the work. If you want a good product and terrific workmanship this is the place to go. Also Eddie explain everything and why you should or shouldn't do certain things. Another important aspect for us was that there was no water pressure loss. I know it's hard to believe but it is true. Clean up, particularly in a crawl space is important to us and they left it cleaner than when they got there. I know it sounds like I work for the company but I don't. Finally...and this is most important, all previous systems we have had at other homes we have owned (we just bought this house 3 months ago) ran regeneration cycles daily. Made a lot of noise for the 10-15 they were running. This unit does it in 4 minutes...A WEEK...not a day. The rest of the time it is silent. If your look for a systems before you buy another give them a call.

The service was excellent. We found them on here after my Mom's water suddenly stopped, called them in the morning, and she had water again that evening. They came out after hours once she got home from work, fixed the issue, and were very reasonable, e

specially considering the distance they traveled. We will definitely call them for any future well issues.
