    MILLS CUSTOM CABINETRY
Words can not express how pleased we are with the beautiful craftsmanship they provided for our new home. We love the incredible design of each cabinet, bookcase & mantle. They are absolutely gorgeous! Everyone's attention to detail & outstanding customer service was greatly appreciated. They truly helped make our dream home a reality!

    American Kitchen Corporation
They didn't finish the job and we had to hire another company to come and finish the work. We had an issue with one of the cabinets because it was installed as a floor-to-ceiling drawer front cabinet which didn't work well. They said that they didn't have the type of cabinet that was originally put in the plan and wouldn't correct the issue. There was a cabinet next to our stove with marble countertops going over it. When the new stove was installed, we found we couldn't open the door so they had to put drawers in there as well. Three floor tiles were also coming up just a couple of months after the work and they would not respond to come out and make the situation right. Also, they told us the job would be completed in 5 weeks and it took 11 months.

They did a remodel of our bathroom and did an exceptional job. They were prompt and courteous, and had very good follow through. After they finished the work, we had a small problem, but they came out immediately and fixed it. They were also very reasonably priced.

Tom was more than patient with us.  We had unique needs because of an upcoming knee surgery my husband was having. Tom thoroughly explained the different options which would fulfill our needs. The job was completed on time and with absolutely stunning results!  I have never see this level of workmanship anywhere. Drop cloths were placed each morning, not only near where they were working, but throughout the path they used to get to the bathroom.  Clean up was done everyday. Tom and his crew, Josh and Joe were exceedingly polite and kind.  My 2 year old soon-to-be grandson was visiting.  These gentleman were so sweet while answering all his "why" questions. I STRONGLY recommend this company.

    Haus Builders Inc
Eric Haus is a rara avis: an honest and competent contractor. He was upfront with us as to whether what we had in mind would actually work or not, and what it would cost. He began at a disadvantage, because we had initially used a designer who rather left us in the lurch mid-stream, but Eric came in and was able to pick up the thread and carry on to a satisfactory completion.
In our 1982 ranch, the kitchen and den were separated by a wall with a swinging door. We decided to make the two rooms more open to each other by making a pass-through in the wall which incorporated the doorway, which left a partial half-wall as a divider (this was where the range had to go, since the fixtures where already there and we didn't really want to move it). Mr Haus also helped choose, then install a range hood - we used an and quot;Island styleand quot; since the range was installed on the half wall.
The demolition portion of the remodel went smoothly, as did the electrical and plumbing install, and the natural gas line running from the downstairs area (we have a gas water heater, and wanted a gas range and gas fire logs upstairs too). Eric also coordinated with the painters, cabinet makers, flooring provider/installers, counter top provider, and appliance installers though he had had no part of hiring them originally, nor with the purchase of the appliances we purchased on our own.
Eric also found carpenters who installed a beadboard ceiling in our kitchen and den, a last minute inclusion in the remodel, and I am beyond happy with how it looks now.
Haus Builders Inc. completed our renovation after coming in at the middle with competence and integrity. He was patient with our myriad of questions, dithering with decision-making, and total inexperience in the renovation process. When I look around my house, at the finished product, I am so very glad we connected with Mr. Haus and Haus Builders because everything is just amazing.
We have already spoken to Mr. Haus about renovating the 2nd story deck, and about renovating the downstairs living quarters in 2013 - we have every confidence we will love how that works turns out too.

    Classic Home Renovations
I had my bathroom remolded by another company and the tile shower started leaking.  I spoke to Mark Childers about correcting the problem which I hoped would be a simple little fix.  Mark came by and looked at the shower.  He explained that the problem was more than a quick little fix and gave me an estimate to tear it out and rebuild the shower correctly.  He explained what he thought the problem was with the shower and went over the method he would use to repair the shower.  Mark was very patient with all our questions and design changes my wife and I had.  Mark and his staff was in constant touch with us while we picked out the tile fixtures for the shower and throughout the repair.  We set up a start date for the project and his men were there that morning.

After tearing out the old shower they found out the problem was  worse than Mark had anticipated.  Mark explained everything to us and repaired the shower without a hitch.  He was within budget and on time with completion.   We felt really comfortable with Mark and his staff which were always a pleasure to work with.  Mark took a bad situation and made it a pleasant experience.

    Chad Goodin Signature Homes
Mr. Goodin was referred to us by our desiger (a whole 'nother review), and after spending one afternoon and part of another day looking over what we were wanting to have done in our kitchen, master bath, and guest bath, said he would get back to us with a quote. He never did. After many unreturned phone calls and unanswered emails, we were finally told by the designer that he was just too busy.

    Stikeleather Builders
This company did a wonderful job. The contractor, John Stikeleather, was very patient and had excellent suggestions that reduced cost as well as made recommendations to enhance future marketability. His subs hit their targets and did beautiful work.

    Precision Tile Installations
I have had a fair amount of services preformed in my home in the past few years. My experience with contractors I have hired in the past for the most part have ended up in either not showing up on time or at all for that matter, or not doing what they originally said they were going to do and still charging me full price... Precision Tile Installations has over exceeded my expectations from the moment they showed up on my door step on time for an estimate, to the end of the job cleanup and final invoicing. Paul worked with us every step of the way. He answered my questions promptly and even educated me about flooring advantages, disadvantages, color, tile sizing, etc.... He was on point, VERY clean , and most of all said what he did, and most importantly did what he said he was going to do. The job came out on the high side of my budget, but I was left with a job that came out exactly the way I wanted it! For me this was priceless! Now I can enjoy my kitchen everyday! Unfortunately it is hard to find good contractors out there these days. I would recommend Precision Tile Installations to anyone who is looking for a job well done. They took care of me and provided top of the line service!

    EL BUILDERS
He took twice as long to complete the project than he said he would. He worked by himself. He didn't show up half the time so I had to keep calling him to keep him on track. I found out that he didn't have a license and he said he had almost completed it. He was very pleasant, but he never showed up. The finished product is alright, but he isn't the craftsman that we believed he was. We had a contract that we signed, but he tried to make us pay for things that were already included in the contract. He seemed very unprofessional.
