    Carolina Wood Fence
For a job this size it was incredible that 3 people pulled this off in 3 days. The fence looks wonderful and we couldnt be happier with it. Please call these people if you need a fence done, you wont be sorry!

    Thomas Home Improvements & Remodeling
Results were very good to excellent. Not only did they complete the repairs, they came up with adjustments to the finished product to keep it from happening again! Considering this was a relatively small job and it is a busy time of year, they treated us with great professionalism and in a timely manner.

    Steam On Wheels Pressure Washing
David responded quickly and had me send pictures showing what was needed, then we talked by phone to fine-tune the details. He scheduled the project quickly and arrived on time as promised. Mike (who actually did the cleaning) and I went over the project again to make sure we were on the same page in terms of what needed to be done. It took most of the day, but we were never once inconvenienced and thanks to their attention to detail, the results were beautiful! They even managed to get Carolina red clay stains off the foundation brick!

    Absolute Pressure Wash
Joel and Alex showed up on time and went right to work, they got all the black streaks on the gutters and mildew on the eaves completely off, also got all the red clay and black mildew off our concrete driveway, it actually looks white; the brick path also had the black mildew in the grout seams eliminated. Everything looks great, like a new house. They treat the water so when it hits the windows it sheets off and leaves no spots, which was an added bonus. They explained what chemicals they use, how long it would take, and the price. No surprises. A very good investment if you are considering selling. We would not hesitate to use them again.

    Piedmont Outdoor Design
Perfect, Brock and his team members were absolutely great. They did an exceptional job of removing all yard debris, and were exceedingly professional and courteous. I would also like to point out, as it is very important to me, both of Brocks team members literally did not stop until the job was done and to my satisfaction, that is incredibly refreshing in todays world. This is the second time we have utilizes C.U.P. and will do so again. I will and do recommend them in the highest sense.

    Thomas Home Improvements & Remodeling
They communicated really well letting me know of the progress step by step. I always knew when they were coming & what they would be doing. Mr. Thomas and the carpenter (Mark) were always attentive to what I was saying. These were quality workers and conservative in their work. Very clean and professional in appearance. The project was done in a timely manner.

    Aluminum Awnings & Underdecking
David came out right away to measure and gave us a quote right away. It took a few weeks for all the material to come in and he had it installed in one day. The screen room looks great and we love it.

    BYE-BYE ROOF STAINS
Simply amazing.  The roof stains made our house look decrepit and old.  After the cleaning, the roof looked absolutely brand new!  I have used Earnie to clean our roof and driveway. He is amazing and honest. He is a retired grandfather who does this business just so that he can spoil his grandkids. He made the disgusting stained roof on our old house look like brand new without further damaging the roof, and without making a mess or killing the bushes. He was honest about not being able to clean our porch to his satisfaction when I asked about getting it cleaned (something about polished vs unpolished concrete), but did his best anyway and didn't charge me for it.  Extremely professional, polite, and honest.  After Ernie was done, our roof was no longer a liability to the sale of our house.

    Morris and Moffitt Inc
The Morris and Moffitt team performed a major repair to the front facade of our eight year old home, due to water leakage from poor construction/flashing techniques by the original (out-of-business) builder.
We received a very professional estimate from Alan Moffitt, who provided great communication throughout the entire project.  He also worked closely with the insurance claims adjuster to help maximize our benefits.  This even included the two of them examining the crawlspace under the problem area for deep hidden damage.  Fortunately, they both used the same estimating software, which expedited the process.
The front focal point wall of the house  (2x6 framing - 20 feet tall), sheathing, insulation, and drywall had all suffered rot and mold damage, and had to be completely rebuilt with new materials.    The exterior wall was originally covered with stone veneer, which had to be removed as part of the demolition work, due to underlying damage.
Additionally, several feet of hardwood flooring, sub-floor, floor and rim joists were also damaged, requiring repair and/or replacement.  We also had them refinish all hardwood floors on the ground floor at the same time, in order to match the newly repaired areas.
All of this work was performed by Moffitt's team of high quality sub-contractors, which each seemed to do a very good job at their individual specialties.  Additionally, he followed up regularly to ensure that the work was being performed as expected.
Unfortunately, there was a three week delay in the middle of the project while waiting for special ordered materials.  We elected to not replace the cultured stone on the house, and instead ordered vinyl siding shakes to match some that were already used on the home's exterior.  This was largely out of the control of Morris & Moffitt, as there were gaps in communication from the siding vendor, as well as lead time to get the materials shipped.  The good news:  The house was at the point of being sealed, insulated and water tight against the winter weather.
Once the final supplies were received, the job was completed beautifully, and the newly finished areas matched the eight year old materials almost perfectly.  There were a couple of minor cosmetic finish items that were repaired by Alan during the walk-through.
The project was completed successfully, on-budget, to our satisfaction, and we definitely have recommended the Morris and Moffitt crew to other friends and family needing major renovation work.  Thanks again to Alan & his team!

    Pure Pressure Services
UPDATE:  I just wanted to let others know that Geoff did not honor his agreement with Angie's List Complaint Resolution. Through the process, Geoff agreed to re-stain the home and deck if we paid for materials, estimated cost to us was an additional $400.  This was agreed upon and per Geoff's e-mail, dated 7/1/15 - "The work can get started first week in Aug. We are in the process of a large contract at the moment if the job finishes up early I will let u out know."  When Angie's List contacted him, because he did not do as indicated, Geoff had changed his mind and no longer intended to honor the resolution.  Furthermore, we did not "change" from painting to staining.  Geoff knew the whole time we needed the home to be stained.  We sent him a message PRIOR to purchasing the deal and asked if it would cover staining vs painting, we were told absolutely.  The additional work he mentions was performed at an additional cost outside of the Angie's List deal.  We did let Geoff know within a month of the work being performed that there was issues.  We did not wait a year.  When you pay over $2000, for something, you do expect it to be right or made right.  This did not happen!  We have been extremely disappointed in how this was handled by Geoff and Pure Pressure.

Geoff is a very personable person.  He is at times hard to get in touch with and sometimes you have to contact him multiple times before getting a response.  I e-mailed Geoff on 10/31/14 which was just a couple of weeks after completing the job to let him know I didn't think the coverage was sufficient in several places.  His response was to call my local Sherwin Williams store and order the stain (he paid for it) for me to pick-up and cover the areas I was concerned about.  Luckily I had kept an empty can or he wouldn't  have known what to order, he had not kept that information on file.  Since that time, the rest of the house seems to have "lost" some of the stain, I see more and more places that do not appear to have coverage.  I recently reached out to Geoff via e-mail to discuss my concern.  I had hoped he would come out and look at what I was talking about.  I had also hoped he would correct the issues, basically stand behind his work.  There is no way I'm going to get years out of the work performed by Pure Pressure which is what I was told I would get.  Geoff's response in his reply e-mail is as follows: " Hello Kelly the work was done right

We have no control on how long it would actually last ,each project is different . The deckscapes is no longer available.  Should the stain last longer? Most of the time it does but again I ha e no control over weather throughout the years which cause breakdowns of the stain. The home was completely stained and that is all we can do after that it's out of our hands"

Mind you it has not been years, just months and I let him know within a few weeks of completing the job that there appeared to be coverage issues.  This deal on Angie's List turned out to not be a deal at all as far as I'm concerned.
