Shane was quick to respond to my inquiry and got back to me in a very timely manner to schedule the services I need. Dusty was the gentleman that came out to perform the work and he was incredibly professional- following COVID protocols by wearing a mask and staying 6ft away. He was friendly and efficient. Finishing up everything I needed in a timely manner. And he fixed everything right the first time- I am confident that I’m not going to have to hire someone else In a few months to fix what was supposed to already been done. I am so happy with Eager Beaver that I am getting more estimates for other projects I need completed. This is by far the best handyman service in the greater Charlotte area. ASteves SolutionsI talked with many contractors and Steve was the only one who helped me get an engineer to make sure everything was done to code. He framed out a very difficult job which required cutting into a steel beam and a helical pier because the ground was too soft. He expanded laundry and bath area to provide for walk-in closet and full bath. He feathered out the wall to hide the plumbing pipes that could not be concealed. He was clean and orderly although dealing with inspections was rough and messed up our schedules and plans often. His people were very smart when it comes to plumbing and electrical and they provided advice to the licensed contractors when said contractors said things could not be done which helped me immensely. I purchased all tile, flooring, lighting, and plumbing fixtures and products separately.- Venus S.

From the initial follow up when I reached out to being where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be there, they were on it. As a home owner and both my wife and I working, it is nice to know that there are still some companies out there that take pride in those things and provide quality work. The install team did a great job and it has given our home a true facelift. They replaced a sliding glass door with three beautiful windows in my breakfast area, and we are so happy with the new look. They were very courteous and careful when they were working inside our home and cleaned everything up and hauled it off. We are looking forward to lower energy bills the future. AFrom Start to Finish this Project went Great. Stan the man came to my home and worked with me to get the right products and good quotation for what we Needed. No oversell, or extensive presentation involved. The owner Matt Wheeler came out during quoting and installation as well to make sure everything was as promised. Additionally the installation team of Tony, Mike, and Marshall were as professional as they come, making sure every detail of the installation was perfect. I could not have been more pleased with the process, and the job well done.

AFantastic. Jeff the owner communicated well. Hit target start date that was weeks out because they were busy. Finished within target finish time as well. Jeff was flexible and easy going as we made changes along the way. His team were nice people and you didn't feel like you might not trust leaving them alone in your home.
