CWe had an excellent experience getting a new roof with JTC about six years ago, and to be fair I meant to jump on and write a very positive review then. However, we've since had some serious water damage along one section of eaves / soffit, to the point where we've now had water run down through our wall/flooring and into our HVAC ducts. I've emailed twice and called but haven't gotten any response at all. At this point, I'll try someone else, but I did have a very positive initial impression and would have thought that JTC would have at least come out to take a look at the problem for me.

AOur roof cleaners discovered a "soft" spot in our roof and some cracked shingles. We finally located the water leaking into the ONLY tiny attic space - SO we hadn't seen any leak in the home yet. Kevin from Mabry came out so quickly, did a full inspection and very realistic assessment of the whole roofing system. It was evident that this was a repair project (UNinsured) rather than roof replacement. Several people on up to Mr. Mabry got involved in determining a realistic estimate and process, while informing us clearly of the UNknowns that would/could come up in the process and how we would deal with them and how they MIGHT price them. They ended up having to do all of those next steps - including rebuilding the whole skylight. We could NOT be happier with the process and the results. Full professional complete job.. Looks fantastic , finished quickly and a fair final price without undue surprises. Will call Mabry first on any future work. Would/Will recommend to anyone.

AWe are absolutely thrilled with the work done by Skyview Roofing. From the very beginning, meeting Taylor Iannarelli for a quote, through to the end it has been a professional and quality experience. Taylor Iannarelli was very responsive to our emails and phone calls keeping us up-to-date with scheduling and ordering materials. We were right in the rainy season and everything was up in the air but Taylor made sure we knew we were not forgotten and our roof would get done. The crew for Skyview are an excellent group of young men who were prompt, very professional and courteous. After the roof was done, they cleaned around our house and it looked like no one had been there! Taylor was even on site to make sure our yard was left in the same condition as they found it and to inspect the finished product. The crew did a fabulous job, stayed on task and were so kind and considerate. We have received many compliments on our roof and have been more than happy to highly recommend Skyview to our friends and neighbors. We are so glad we made the decision to hire Skyview Roofing and will definitely call on them again in the future.

They were very helpful, communicative, worked within my budget, and did a few additional things to help me out that were not technically required of them based on my contract! Though I do not look forward to having something happen to my house again that would cause me to need repairs, I do take some solace in the fact that I at least know who I will call if I do!
