    S A S K-9 Dog Training & Psychology
Beware!  I wanted to warn you against using this service.
We hired Samantha to train our 8 mo great dane.  we agreed to the advanced board and train program that was 10-12 weeks of advanced training for $1500.  For payment, I wrote 3 checks, post dated for 2 consecutive months.  Samantha promised us daily reports and pictures of our girl.  She was quick to cash the first check, but she did not follow through with the communication.  I had to inquire about the progress.  It was then that Samantha mentioned that our puppy wasnt eating well but she was keeping an eye on her.  13 days into training, Samantha text us, telling us that our puppy was still not eating and she had lost weight and she was concerned about her and asked us to come pick her up.
We picked our girl up the next day to find that she had lost 10lb and minimal training had been done.  We brought her home and she ate like a champ!  Samantha inquired about her the next day, but then not again.  1 week later, I text Samantha that we would not be bringing our dog back for any further training.  She never responded.
The next week she cashed the 2nd $500 check!!!  She did nothing to earn that money!  No one with any conscience, common decency or business ethic would have cashed that check.  Samantha has not responded to any of my communications since then.  Speaking with other locals, they have heard of similar interactions with Samantha.
I would NOT recommend SASK-9.  I feel like we were the victims of a scam artist at the expense of our puppy

    Veterinarian Treatment Facility
We went there first for two years in 90’s and then we have been going there since we have been back here since 2003. They only handle certain things, not major issues for which we go to another vet but they seem to handle most things. We just lost my twelve-year-old pet poodle and now the two chow-chow’s are nine so they are getting up there and now we have a new toy poodle that is a year old. We lost our Maine Coon cat in August and then we lost our toy poodle two and a half weeks later and we new that we were going to loose the Maine Coon cat because he had cancer but toy poodle was a shock and a sudden thing. Now we have another Maine Coon cat another toy poodle. They have had different vets there and some of their vets are active-duty army so they come and go, so the vets will change but it is an awesome place to go. The prices are awesome. The vets, especially Dr. Brady and the other one are awesome, they are really good with the animals and the staff there is extremely friendly. The only downside to it is it can be hard to get in because the base is huge so it can be a little difficult to appointments because they only have a couple of vets. If you have a major or urgent issue, and if you can wait, it is worth the wait. You don't have to live in the base to use them but you have to be either active military or retired military to use the facility. Vets are expensive but they are cheaper than any other place I have gone.

    Dr. Gina Francis, DVM
I have seen her for approximately seven years but she moved about a year ago. I would only go back to her if there is something that can’t be handled at the base or if they can’t them in fast enough for an emergency. I saw her at the base since 2005 up until a year ago when she left. She is exceptionally good with the animals. She is very knowledgeable. People don’t usually expect this from a vet but she has an excellent bedside manner. She is great. My dogs are not the friendliest but they liked her and they don't like anybody. I did call the new office and ask for prices and they have good prices there. I have seen her for approximately seven years but she moved about a year ago. All Pets Animal Hospital
The one negative I can say is I think they are a little pricey; but the convenience of where they are located makes it nice. I never have trouble getting in. Dr. Kinsey is a very caring, wonderful veterinarian. She explains things well and I think she gives my animals the best care. We went through an experience of putting a dog down and the whole office staff handled that very well.

They are good, but the doctor we really liked has left and I am not very happy with the new doctor. I may not use them again as the best doctor I liked has left. They office is good, but their pricing is a very high and the quality is good.

They are great and fabulous. My vet is a small dog specialist. I have chihuahuas and a pomeranian and she had to do an actual surgery on my pet and was taken care of very nicely. He is a happy little critter now. It isn't cheap but we don't care because they are fabulous. We go anytime and always. The price was a little high, but there were no complications and we had a good experience. However, the price is well worth it. My son-in-law took his pet to a different vet and there were nothing but complications.

They staff couldn't have been friendlier and my dogs loved them. They explained everything but never made me feel stupid. Could not have been more patient with my older dog who was very worried, in fact they all stayed late to get the perfect x-ray. Dr. Redfearn called the next day with the blood work results and about a course of action for her leg problems. It's a long drive for me to get there but they make the trip worth it - so happy to have found them.

They did the shots for four animals and exams for two cats. The things that I like about them are that they are friendly and their prices are great.
