    On a 10 point scale, Customer Service and Care = 0; All My Sons cooperation with police = 4. I would never suggest anyone use All My Sons (Charlotte location or any other location). Stick with me until the end because that's when the police get involved. First, when unpacking, I noticed that they did not take care with some of our items. I had clearly marked a box glass shelves, breakable, and they stuck it in a huge wardrobe box on the side of the box where it could easily be broken. Somehow it wasn't. We were quoted extra for having our pictures properly packed for us. Apparently, properly packed means sticking my wedding portrait unprotected (no blanket, no bubble wrap, no box of its own) into a wardrobe box with miscellaneous items. We have moved ourselves numerous times and have never broken any of our wedding China . They broke a dinner plate, crystal dish, and glass bowl. They also broke the leg off of a jewelry armoire. To add insult to injury, we later discovered that one or more of the movers stole over $1,000 worth of jewelry from the armoire that they had broken. I tried to be nice and contact the company, assuming it had been an accident and that the jewelry was misplaced when the armoire was broken, but I received the runaround from the office staff. I was promised call backs. I was promised that the crew would be contacted. I repeatedly called, until I finally spoke with the person who was supposed to call me back. His response, "Did you not get my email? I sent it about 10 minutes ago." No, I had not been checking my email, because I was promised a call back. Said email did not even address what the call back was supposed to address. Due to the length of time it took to finally get to speak to someone in the office, I continued to discover that there was more jewelry missing than was originally thought, which was absolute evidence that this was not an accident but was indeed a theft. I filed a police report in the town from which I moved, as well as my current city of residence. Apparently, All My Sons��� staff becomes a little bit more cooperative when you involve the police. The detective working our case has indicated that staff did provide the names of the movers, and that two of the movers have been fired for stealing. Interestingly, when all this started, prior to involving police, I looked at complaints online and found others who had complained about the company and specifically those on my moving crew for which I only have first names (Josh, Thomas, Thomas, and Brandon). Just think, I would not have had to lose sentimental jewelry, some of which was given to me by relatives now deceased, had the company taken previous complaints seriously and fired the crew. As if this nightmare has not been enough, I have discovered that the movers (not sure if it is those listed above or someone in the office) stole my credit card number and has been using it to make fraudulent purchases in the Charlotte area. No one else had access to my credit card. The moving company or someone to whom they sold my credit card number is using my name, current address and credit card number for their own purchases. Let me reiterate, never under any circumstances use All My Sons as your mover.
