    It went very well. Their service is prompt, thorough, friendly, honest and very professional. I needed to replace one of my AC/Heating units today. I've dealt with 1 Hour at my previous home, replaced both units there several years ago. Already I have replaced one of my Heat & Air units at my new location last year and have just contracted to have the other unit replaced here next week. The service engineer didn't pressure me to buy a new one but the explained the condition of the unit. I already knew from last year's checkup that it would need replacing but wanted to get one more year before I to a new one. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

    Turned out the thermostat was working correctly and shutting down for safety reasons. The technician Chris came out on Mothers Day and found the problem quickly. Explained it in a way I could understand and promptly fixed the condensation tube problem. A fine young man I would recommend to anyone.

    Initial installation went smoothly, but things started to go awry within just a few weeks. Overall, we have had a total of over 10 service calls in first 5 months to repair or replace items that have failed to function or were not installed correctly. Paul, the lead HVAC Service Tech, has bent over backwards to make things right for us and we appreciate all of his efforts. To their credit A+ has been responsive and professional in their efforts to repair / replace needed items - and have provided a few additional upgrade items at no cost - its just a shame we've had to have them out so often in the first few months.

    We never heard from them again. We seem to be having a building boom and most companies have a backlog of business so I guess a small property owner isn't that important. Since then we have had other quotes and the quotes were much, much lower so I wouldn't use them.

    He came in on a Wednesday ordered the parts needed and repaired everything by Friday. He has done work on my Mother's house also and came out on a Sunday to take care of it. He is very prompt, professional and the rates are very fair. I trust him over all others.

    Well, before leaving the house, the repairman SHOCKED me with a bill for $281.00 for his 40 minute visit. The $63.00 diagnosis wasn't what bothered me. BUT his charge of $160.00 for a breaker that you can purchase for $8.98 at Home Depot (see my photo) was OUTRAGEOUS! PLUS a charge of $37.00 to pop it in the fuse box (WHILE HE WAS THERE ANYWAY) (see my other photo, a copy of the invoice I was left). I told the technician that this was an outrageous charge, to which he agreed but said he could not do anything about it... As you can see I wrote "UNDER PROTEST" on the invoice and only paid $200.00 telling him I was going to his office to complain to the owner, later in the day, which I did. Of course when I arrived there the owners were nowhere around, but I did receive a call the next day from the billing clerk explaining to me that this was indeed a "mistake" and I was overcharged by $100.00 due to the tech using a "new" price book that was incorrect......... REALLY ???... IS THIS COMMON PRACTICE FROM THIS COMPANY?? Are we to believe that the Tech really did NOT KNOW he was overcharging more than $100.00 for a single FUSE ?? And when questioned, he did NOT realize a "mistake" was made ?? YOU decide before ever calling this company if YOU want to take that chance..From this experience, I have to believe that this is a common trade practice and this company routinely preys upon its older, more vulnerable clients by overcharging as much and for as long as it can get away with. Be very careful here. Sorry, but A+ gets an F

    Excellent. The technician explained everything to me,offered me upgrades to prolong the life of my heat pump, and actually did a complete cleaning of the entire system. If your looking for cheap work don't call them. If your looking for a professional company ,the pride they take in there work is nothing less than staggering.

    Their technicians arrived on time, were very courteous, and highly professional.  They answered any questions we had, and did a great job of installing our HVAC unit.  They also did a great job of keeping the area clean.  We definitely would use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to replace their HVAC equipment.

        Had a problem with my HVAC called my service man he told me that the unit was short and needed to be  replaced. Gave me a price of $8,000  and could do it next week. Called me another service  agent in the area and he gave me a price for the same unit and he came in at $6,500. and he could do it next week.   CALLED ONE HOUR  AIR CONDITIONING THE SAME UNIT CAME IN $5,400 AND THEY COULD DO IT NEXT DAY. THEY CALLED BEFORE ARRIVING , INSTALLED  THE UNIT AND WAS DONE IN LESS THAN FIVE HOURS.
