We wanted to update a bar area by adding in cabinets and shelving, and we also put in an island/bar in between columns that we had him square out. He also put insulation in our garage and did a great job. We were amazed at how quickly he got the job done and we were blown away by the work he did. He gave us good suggestions and the place looks fabulous now. He was great at communicating and was always prepared. The project was the finishing of our basement of over 2,500 square feet including a kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, bedroom, living room, recreation/TV area plus a couple storage areas. All quality work from the start. I submitted my design sketch and requirements to Blake and he gave me a quote in 24 hours over the weekend. Blake and Mark helped refine the design which was a bit challenging with the support poles to work around. We are extremely pleased with the final layout. Mark performed the framing and much of the detail work on site and is extremely neat and quality conscious, making sure the HVAC, electrician, plumber and other subs do things exactly right. The basement was kept clean and orderly throughout the project with trash taken away frequently by cans. No dumpster in the driveway which was great. Mark was good at explaining things and answering my wife's questions. Mark was very helpful as the project was being completed to make sure that the closet shelves and the TV mounting support were all perfectly done . Great attention to details. When Mark was finished we could not believe how clean and neat everything was. We had expected to need to have a cleaning service come in after the basement was complete but it was immaculate. Mark worked til about 9 pm on a Friday night to get everything just right and we moved things down Saturday morning. A great experience. Project was completed a couple months ago and we love it.....no issues or concerns at all. I highly recommend Blake and Mark and would definitely use them again.- Steven B.

AAll About The Pipes PlumbingThey came out for the quoting and they were very, very friendly. We have liked working with them. We had problems that weren't their fault, the wrong tub was delivered and we had to reorder, then the wrong tub was installed. We got other quotes and they were a little less expensive.- Marty C.

AMorris and Moffitt IncMorris and Moffitt is a great company and I'd personally recommend them to anyone with any size project. Their project manager (Esiquio Cortes) was great to work with and was very responsive, honest, and professional. The completion of the project only took 6 days (we had quite a bit of work to get done). The project scope included electrical, drywall, paint, flooring, and cleaning (the cleaning crew is fantastic). It's likely I'll be hiring them again in the near future for other projects.- Jamele H.

FTom made multiple promises and statements of work he was going to complete. Unfortunately I did not get it in writing because I thought he had the integrity to do what he said he would. However I surely misjudged him and he does not. In addition he still owes sub contractors money from the project and will not respond to anyone after many attempts.

FThe fence fell down and warped after one rainfall. They refused to fix without charging me more money so I took them to small claims court and they told him (Jonathan Salazar) to reimburse me $2000 which he has not paid to this date. Terrible company, terrible work and dishonest.
