  I did not know how long it would take him to repair the shed floor, but he did it quickly, satisfactorily and was willing to continue the day with other work that I had not previously told him about.  He finished the arduous back breaking work of filling depressions in the yard with heavy wet composting ash
  
  I will NOT ask him to do any future landscaping type of work.

  Forever Showers Tile & Stone

  Frank has done 2 different jobs for us. We originally got him to do our kitchen tile back splash through a granite company. He did a beautiful travertine tile work in diamond pattern with brass medallions.
  2nd time we needed him was when we had a leak in the powder room wall and tile needed replacing in the floor. He promptly responded and was available when our new travertine tile order came in. Once again he provided top notch service and gave us a beautiful powder room floor.

  Signed a contract in April.  Still not finished. Took my money, spent it on other things and never paid any of his subs.  Wouldn't show up for weeks on end.  I have fired him from my project and have found someone else to finish.   Do not let this man anywhere near your house or your project! 
  
  There are many, many examples, pictures, e-mails and texts of the unprofessional behavior, work ethic, poor performance, thievery and just plain dishonesty that happened during the course of this job.  He didn't listen to what I asked for, was unresponsive to questions and concerns and had to fix several things due to lack of listening.  He was always in a hurry and some of his worked looked it. The cabinet supplier never stepped foot in my house until the cabinets had been ordered incorrectly.  All I heard from him was that he was broke, needed money (even after I had paid him under the terms of his OWN contract), couldn't afford to work on my project because he couldn't buy materials, couldn't hire painters because he was broke, on and on and on. He left piles of construction debris in my yard for weeks on end, killed my grass in several areas and wanted to invoice me for grass seed and hay!
  
  I have tried for months to get him to finish, bought my own materials, did my own painting, nothing worked.  Then in the course of trying to get to a handle on getting the subs finished, they tell me they haven't yet been paid one red cent.  I even found out the guy who dug the foundation for the addition hadn't been paid! That was dug in April.....
  
  HE took what was supposed to be a happy and exciting experience and turned it into a nightmare. Now I am out $33,000, have an unfinished project and will have to pay even more to get it completed.
  
  I would never recommend him to anyone and I certainly will NOT be using him again for ANY reason.

  sales experience went very well... personal service not available in big box stores. installation scheduled and installers showed up on time . they moved furniture, removed old carpet and professionally installed new carpet. they put furniture back and cleaned up . very courteous and professional.

  Responded quickly to initial contact. Came to look at floor to give estimate. Was able to start early and worked through a weekend to complete the job promptly. Pine floors were 20 years old and had never been maintained. Came out much better than I had anticipated. Great to work with. Would not hesitate to use again.
