    First, I appreciate the quick rescheduling due to my power going out just before my first appointment, as did your service guy who lives near me and was stuck in traffic due to the storm. However, when we did get together for the repair, he was great. A bit skeptical because these keyboard repairs are often unsuccessful on the older ranges. But...we got lucky and everything went well and works like new. Great guy, I wish I remembered his name so I could give him a more personal at-a-boy.

    Spencer Appliance Repair
    I called the provider at 8:05 AM on 3/31/2016 to schedule an appointment for a washing machine repair. I was told that I would need to pay a $59.95 fee in order for the technician to come out. Against my better judgement, I provided my card number over the phone. I drove past the location where the repair shop is supposed to be and there is no repair shop. I called Spencer Appliance Repair to cancel my appointment and was told there is no record of such appointment. After telling the gentleman that we spoke to one another not even twenty minutes earlier, his memory was jogged. Beware of this provider.

    ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Ron and his wife are an amazing tag team and are committed to excellent customer service and dedicated to an unprecedented workmanship. I was scheduled for a same day estimate and service. Good price for a in home estimate, regardless if you decide to fix your appliance or go the route of buying a new appliance. Fair and reasonable pricing for parts and labor. ****You DO NOT have to pay over the phone with a credit or debit card to hold your appointment. After having a three day battle with Salisbury Appliance Repair (I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMED SALISBURY APPLIANCE REPAIR), I was ecstatic to welcome Ron and his services in my home within less than two hours of my appointment and less than 30 minutes for my repair! I am delighted to call Ron for my next in home repair and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who needs an appliance repair!

    The last time we called Bub, our dryer had stopped working. He and his son replaced a faulty switch, fixed and cleaned the exhaust vent. And gave us recommendations of how to avoid the problem again in the future.

    He's very prompt. He comes out the same day we call him. He tells you exactly what he's going to fix and what's it going to cost. He'll have questions about appliances and he's very knowledgeable. He'll give you all the information that you need to avoid problems. He's a local home boy. He's pretty knowledgeable as well. He has sons that work with him. He's born and raised here. He's very friendly and I've never had a problem with him. We've used him a few times in the last few years. We bought this house in 2001 and he came home with one of those home warranty programmes. He was on the warranty contact. We usually call him because he's prompt. Last time when my refrigerator went out, I had water all over the floor. I called him up and he was there. He's very prompt. I'd recommend him to anyone who asks me for recommendations for all major appliances like dryers and freezers. I don't think he does small appliance repair. We will use his services again in the future.
