AMike Fusco BuilderWorking with Mike was a wonderful experience. We communicated weekly for months during the construction of my home. At the time, I was living in another state and had full confidence that my home would be a superior project under Mike's guidance and direction. Eleven years later my home is still standing. Individuals who visit my residence marvel at the construction, details and features that mark Mike's gifted abilities. Most importantly, Mike is an honest man and a person of integrity. In an industry where many builders produce a inferior product or "cut corners", Mike did not subscribe to those devious business practices. Mike was entrusted with the biggest financial investment I had ever made while I lived in another state. Some individuals thought I foolish to place so much trust in this contractor. I however was not disappointed at the results. In fact he exceeded my expectations. Eleven years later a relationship that began as a business arrangement evolved into a family friend.- Talia D.

AShamusExcellent. Used Shamus' business several times during the process of self building a house. He always arrived prepared with the tools needed and an obvious thought out plan regarding the work to be performed . He was both knowledgeable and efficient and performed top quality workmanship including metal siding install, window install, basic plumbing, stair railing in home, deck building, tongue and groove wood ceiling, and outdoor railing at end of deck. FExpress Floors**Legal proceedings pending** They destroyed everything they touched and then some. They did not correctly reset toilet in master bath so it's been leaking since the April 28, 2020 installation. The floor is damaged from the toilet leak and is a health hazard from the mold growing under the floor. They knowingly installed defective and flawed tiles and never replaced them. Some of the tiles are contracting and leaving gaps between tiles. Some are expandinding and buckling. Some were laid with visible flaws/defects. Floor was acclimated for 24 hours. ALL trim including stops, casings, jambs, moulding, are damaged, splintering and cracking. Installers gouged a baseboard and a wall in the guest bath. One of the door stops is halfway tore of the jamb. They installed moulding and reducers that were not the ones listed on my invoice and even those incorrect materials not even installed properly. The dull blade on their jamb saw burned the wood on the jamb and my bedroom carpet. When resetting the guest bath toilet they set it on top of my contour rug and then tore the rug when they ripped it out from under the toilet. I was never reimbursed. The same guy then smeared the black residue from the toilet wax ring all over my cabinets, counters, doors, drawers, floors and appliances in the kitchen and laundry room and never cleaned it up. Sawdust strewn everywhere and not cleaned up. My dream remodel has left my once beautiful home the nightmare eyesore from ****!!!- Tina G.

AGonzalez Painters & Contractors INCI hire quite a few workers per year for various household jobs. Overall, this company is probably the best I have ever used. I am completely satisfied with every aspect of the job done. Both the planning and execution was excellent. It was very obvious the company owner's interest was that I was 100% satisfied with the work performed. The workers were very prompt, hard working and professional in every regard. AOwner Ricky Stroup was infinitely patient with us, as after our initial meeting it took us over a year to hire his company to do this work. During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! His team installed everything in one day, and all who worked on our project were extremely courteous and professional. We have been very impressed with the quality of the work. DApparently, they do not need/want new business. Quick to schedule and come to provide quote. Courteous at that time. Provided quote within 2 weeks. I accepted project quotes in writing and requested schedule for work. Was told he would be in touch with a date and I have never heard another word. No call, text or email to even say they were too busy or just didn’t want to do it.

AVery satisfied. They designed and built a very nice bedroom, including a dormer window with window seat, and a spa-like bathroom. The process went extremely well from start to finish, and I am very pleased with the addition. Everyone I dealt with at Andrew Roby was very professional, always courteous, and highly skilled in their job. The price was definitely more than I originally anticipated, but the quality of the workmanship, and the peace of mind of having very trustworthy and professional people to deal with made it worth the cost to me. They stayed on budget, and finished slightly early. They are perfectionists, and they made sure all subcontractor's work was done to my satisfaction, and at times, I was o.k. with the work, but my AR project manager was not satisfied, so he had them come back and correct some flaws that I had not noticed. I highly recommend, and am using them for additional projects at my home.
