AAround the Clock Appliance Repair LLCJohn who owns the small appliance repair company came twice to my house for the refrigerator. His second visit was no charge because he said he had a part and it may or may not work. It did not but was worth a shot and the conversation then turned to insightful information on whether to purchase new or fix using a very expensive new compressor. I opted to buy new, but again, no charge for coming to my house again. He seemed to genuinely care about getting my refrigerator back up and cooling then to help me make my decisions on what to do next. John quickly responded to my other recent incident with my dishwasher. It was actually fun watching John take notes and explain exactly the steps he took solve the issue. It turned out to be some sand had made the drain motor stick. He was in and out in 1/2 hour. I do not wish any more large appliance problems, but, I must say I would look forward to calling John at Around the clock appliance repair. Very true and professional gentleman.- David B.

AAround the Clock Appliance Repair LLCI called John early on a Monday morning and gave him information about the 20+ year old clothes dryer and the problem that was occurring. The dryer is located at a vacation cottage, and I reside 400+ miles away, so this added some complication to the process After coordinating with friends staying at the cottage, John arrived around 4 PM that afternoon. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem by replacing a bad thermal sensor and cleaning the duct and exhaust hood. Our friends reported that John was very efficient, polite, and professional. My communications with him confirmed their opinion. Throughout the process I communicated with John via telephone and text. On Tuesday morning, John texted me the results of his efforts and the charge for his services which I found to be very reasonable. He gave me options for method of payment, and I promptly mailed a check. I highly recommend to others John and Around the Clock Appliance Repairs, LLC, I will definitely call on him again if/when needed.- Michael B.

FChoice Home WarrantyThey had no one that would come out to repair my system. Outside air temp. was 35 degrees and inside my home was 58 degrees. Had to get my neighbor to repair my heat system. This company led me on for two days. They said I could use their reimbursement program. They have gotten some one out in the past to change a relief value in my hot water heater the same day I called. This is unacceptable!!!- Michael P.

It was easy & the total cost was $90. I was going to have to pay $90 just for a service call plus the guy wasn’t going to come for 3 days. AHarmond was very knowledgeable and understood this model. He looked at the situation and found that a service bulletin was issued for this model, which three previous repair in-person repair technicians had not told me about. He diagnosed the problem as requiring a new kit to replace the main PCB control board and the display board. He gave me the OEM part number. I highly recommend Neli Virtual Appliance Repair, my first virtual repair experience. Cost $35. I would do it again. Took 15-20 minutes to install app and pay at start of appt.

FAmerican Home Shield (AHS) warranty is replacing my broken microwave with a new one. I received the new microwave on 11/11/2020 and notified AHS it was in my possession. Part of the warranty contract includes the installation of the new microwave. AHS typically assigns contractors themselves. However, this time AHS contracted with C & R Services with a dispatch number on 11/13/2020 for C & R to assign a local contractor to do the install. After two weeks of waiting and not being contacted by C & R or a contractor, I called C & R to follow up on the status. They said it would be 1 to 2 weeks from the date they received the dispatch from AHS. I informed them it had been 2 weeks in which they replied that it would be another 2 weeks. As of today, 12/11/2020, 4 weeks from the date C & R received the dispatch, I have not been contacted by C & R or a contractor. C & R's lack of communication and customer service is absurd. AHS informed me that they do not have any authority over C & R.
