Was measured for and purchased a Bill Levkoff bridesmaids dress from them. The salesclerk took my measurements and used my bust measurement to order the size due to the design of the dress. The largest part of my body was my stomach (sadly) but she said it would not matter. The dress arrived at least two sizes too small. I then read online about the designer and how his dresses run small in the waist and rib cage. I also read that you should always order the dress using the largest measurement on your body. I called the manager at Savvi who said there was nothing she could do because I signed off that the dress size ordered was the correct size. Well, based on the salesclerk's recommendations, I did. I wish I had read information on ordering bridesmaids dresses online before I went to Savvi. I put my trust in them and their staff that they, of all people who deal with these dresses daily, would and should know this. I took the dress to my trusted seamstress who said there was no extra material to let out and she showed me all the areas that the fabric would be if it were there. So the manager at Savvi said she would take me to their seamstress in the Glenwood plaza to show me they can let it out. It was nice of her to offer but I already saw the dress from my own seamstress. I would have to order material but it would not look the same as the top dress line. Why am I typing this? To encourage anyone who wants to order a dress to always order the largest size of your body part because you can always have it taken in but taking it out might not work. Then you will be stuck with a dress you cannot wear. I over spent--much less costly on ebay but order larger!
sadly, horrible
