A few reviews for this pro…

My grandfather attended the new doctor for the first appointment and we found out that Dr. Martin had not provided his medical records for review. Long story short, Dr. Martin provided his medical records on 6/1/12. Their excuse was that they legally had 91 days to comply with request according to NC laws. The appointment was for my grandfather. Dr. Martin had performed a Cataract surgery on his right eye back in January 2012. Few weeks after, my grandfather loss his vision on the same eye. After several appointments and tests, Dr Martin asked us back on April 3rd. My grandfather does not speak English so a family member has to always go with him to his appointments. In this case, I went with him for a 10:45 am appointment and after several hours of waiting and several conversations with the staff, we saw Dr. Martin at 4:45 pm that afternoon. The wait was ridiculous and unnecessary. He diagnosed my grandfather with a rare condition that affects mostly older individuals and prescribed him medicine to protect the healthy eye from having the same condition. We were not pleased with the entire situation therefore, we contacted a well known Neuro-Ophtamologist in the Raleigh area for a second opinion.

I went in to see Dr. Martin a few months back for a check up. Dr. Martin did some cataract work for me in the past and this was a follow up exam. I have been seeing Dr. Martin for years and will continue to see him again in the future. Dr. Martin is one of the best Doctors that I have ever been to. Dr. Martin is continually updating his knowledge and skills and I love his work.

I went in a few months back for a check up with my Ophthalmologist.
