  • WOW! Junior and Efrain demonstrate the words professional and quality. We have NEVER experienced the total package with any contracting work like this before. These guys showed up on time and communicated well in all aspects of this multiple day and multiple project contracting engagement. They are gentlemen and are respectful in every way. We have been so impressed with their commitment to quality. They completed the work on time, on budget with no surprises. So glad we don't have to worry where to go any longer. A+++++

  • Steve did a superb job redoing my master bath as well as other house projects. He did the removal (you are responsible for disposal of everything) of all tile and plumping and replaced with new marble tile. He also replaced toilets and faucets in my other bathrooms. He installed a French door and trim for the outside. He is so very nice and willing to the go the extra mile for you. He listens and makes sure you are satisfied with every step he takes. He did well working with and coordinating with other vendors (custom cabinets and frameless shower surround).

  • We met with Carl from Triangle Classic Homes and from the estimate to the completed project the workmanship, communication, timeliness, and commitment to quality was consistently outstanding. The subcontractors that Triangle Classic Homes coordinates/schedules to complete each phase of the project were polite, hardworking, detailed-oriented and committed to quality workmanship. The garage was finished on schedule and far exceeded our highest expectations and looks like it was built when the house was originally constructed. We highly recommend Triangle Classic Homes, and will look no further the next time we have a home improvement project.

  • We had a long list of items that needed to be done. This included removing a built in book case, installing some new cabinets, tile work around new cabinets and tub, installing new plugs and switch plates, building shelves in closets, building a workbench from the old bathroom vanities, installed kayak hoists, installing ceiling fans, removing doors and patching the door frames, installing french doors and pocket doors. When a shower enclosure didn't fit, they contacted the vendor and made arrangements for it to be returned. They were willing to tackle any request. All was done in professional manner with careful attention to details and making sure it was done to our satisfaction. I would hire them again and recommend to others.

  • From beginning to end, Mike Wall and his company saw the entire project through. The building site required clearing of trees and some surface preparation, all of which he took care of. I showed him only a rough design and he converted my ideas into reality. Throughout the process, he made constructive suggestions for changes/modifications/enhancements almost all of which proved to be useful and led to a better final outcome. He did all the sub-contracting from the foundation through the finishing touches. Mike was always ready to get my input into details of how the project was to be done, but, where I didn't have specifics in mind, he went ahead and made decisions for me, all of which turned out to be right. I was particularly impressed with his attention to details of construction that would enhance the esthetics--such as exposed wooden support beams (including two faux-beams on either end of the house for esthetic purposes and the addition of wood trim inside and out, cantilevering of the deck so that the support posts were not visible, etc.  He noticed that there were piles of stones lying around from an old stone fence, and he had the idea of using them to cover the exposed concrete blocks of the foundation, which greatly added to the beauty of the cabin. Although the costs ended up being about $20,000 above original estimates, the overruns were almost all related to additions or improvements we agreed on. Throughout the project, Mike was thoroughly "hands-on", spending many hours at the work site and even doing some of the finishing touches himself. He was always available but never intrusive.

  • It was a smooth and thorough operation.  They arrived on time, measured the size of the area, and cleaned it very well.

They were punctual and answered a few questions I had.  Very courteous and professional.

  • I budgeted $800 for this service.   But when the estimate came in it clearly defined what needed to be done....things that I hadn't thought of.   I was very comfortable with the $1100 spent on this service.   The workers were professional and cleaned up the work area.  It really couldn't have gone better.

  • Hal and his son were professional, hard-working and friendly.   From the initial telephone call to set up an appointment to give me an estimate to finishing the work, they were a pleasure to work with.  They took great care to cover the hardwood floor in my bedroom and hallway leading to the front door.  When they were going to be only a few minutes late, Hal called to let me know, which was greatly appreciated.  Tile work is very hard work on backs and knees, yet they always had a smile.  My bathroom looks beautiful.

  • Travis Thomas is his name and I think he lives with us because we've had so much work done with him. He does absolutely beautiful work. When I get done with one project with him, I come up with another. He was here for 7 or 8 months. He is extremely attune to detail and he makes sure that every bit of the detail work is done right. He doesn't cut corners. He uses quality products and we got a quality product when he was done. He does the work right.

  • Hinshaw is the tile company my builder uses. When it came time to tile the bathrooms I had a discussion with Richard over the phone and I sent a few pictures of what I had in mind. We wanted to see samples of the 'default' tiles for the guests baths and he said he would drop them at the build site. When we went to look at them they weren't there - I was told that they didn't make it onto the truck that morning, so we had to go back later. I went to select the master bath tile at Florida tile in Raleigh and had Richard place the order with them. When the bathroom was completed, the tile layout on the tub was incorrect even though we had discussed the layout and I provided examples. I called Richard and he said he would have it fixed ASAP, which he did. The foreman also noticed some sloppy grouting where perhaps a tile should have been cut to fit the spot. He asked that it be fixed and it was. Once we moved into the house, I noticed two tiles that were chipped but installed anyway. There was also sloppy grouting around some edges and corners and streaks and smears all over every tiled surface in the house that had not been properly cleaned after grouting.
All this being said, Richard was very polite and responsive and I do not think he installed the tile personally, I think it was one of his crew but it should have bee reviewed more closely.
