  • Can't say enough good things about this company. I called them Saturday morning and they were there by lunch the same day. They did a fantastic job and even clean their mess up. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody in need of stump removal.

  • I explained to 4th Generation why I needed the work done in a timely fashion. They did a fantastic job and took to heart that I needed the work done quickly. The quality of the work was absolutely phenomenal. I loved that the workers got the weeds out of the flower beds and the precision of the trimming was perfect. I plan on using them in the future.

  • Wonderful. Josh came out in June and looked over everything. He wrote up a contract for us and we made some adjustments and then we had to wait. They have a lot of business so we did have to wait for towards the end of July and then because of rain waited until mid August. They said they would come this week. They wanted to also make sure we could water what they planted because they certainly can not do that for us. So paying the money we also wanted to make sure the plants would live once Island Creek did their part. Good thinking on their part. They came Tuesday and worked very hard all day Tuesday and came back Wednesday morning to plant the plants. They made sure that what we wanted was done. They were very hard workers, kind, diligent and efficient. We were very pleased. They were very respectful. It looks like we have a new home. They were very professional. We are totally pleased. The wait was worth it. We were a little impatient at times but whenever we called, they assured us that the work would be done. Would I use them again. Absolutely. We are planning on putting in a retaining wall.

  • Let me just say, I have a new yard. We had many trees in our back yard and I really wish I could have watched. The difference between what the yard looked like before I left and when I got back 3-4 hours later when they were finished was amazing. Everything with Absolute Tree from the process of them coming out to give me an estimate, to them keeping in touch with me concerning the date they would actually come and then getting the work done has been amazing. The cost was very reasonable. When they didn't make it or had to change times they informed us and were very gracious and kind. They showed up this morning ready to work and on time. They were very kind, great to work with. I really can't say enough good about them I would certainly higher them again. My only struggle is that I didn't get to watch this amazing job get completed as I had an appointment elsewhere. Thank you Absolute Tree Experts. I have a beautiful new backyard. Let me simply say thank you Jon C. for your great communication skills with us before the work was done and thank you Pat for the work and job of overseeing everything today. Very thankful for people who are efficient, diligent, timely and who communicate well. Thank you.

  • I called Alex Tree Service because of a large Bradford pear tree that feel over my house. Thomas came the day after I called to give me an estimate. He was very professional and straightforward and explained in detail all that needed to be done. He and Alex and their crew showed up on time at the scheduled date, performed the work flawlessly and did a fantastic job cleaning everything up and finishing on time. Pricing was right, the whole staff was very, very professional and I could not hesitate recommending them to anyone in need of tree services.

  • The following is a list of issues that I had with M&M Landscaping & Outdoor Living Designs, LLC when I used this company to build a pergola. When M&M Landscaping originally built my pergola they did not provide the same quality materials and craftsmanship that was used to build the pergola of my friend, a previous client of M&M, that was used as a reference. During the original quoting process I told them I wanted exactly what my friends had built (style, materials and craftsmanship) which they didn't do. I hired them based on their recommendation and the work that I personally saw done at my friend's home. From the initial build a large amount of the cross strips were split at the ends from the fasteners being improperly installed. Also, the cross strips were installed in 3 sections where the final section was only about 6" long making it look sloppy and less secure. The main support beam has a huge ridge (defect) that spans its entire length of the board. It's not a structural defect but it is unsightly and should have not been used in such a prominent visual location. In general the quality of the wood was poor, everyone of the 6x6 columns has cracks/splits. The center rafter does not line up with the center column which is a very obvious and unsightly mistake. I was not informed that my concrete patio slab would be altered during the installation. M&M Landscaping destroyed my patio where they cut into it to install the post (columns). Mike Iannacci, the owner of M&M Landscaping, promised that the new concert would blend right in and wouldn't be noticeable. This was not true, the concrete work looks amateur at best and doesn't blend in at all, yet another unsightly part the of the installation. My rain gutter downspout had to be redirected because of installation and M&M Landscaping used materials that caused the gutter to back up and leak and when they repaired it they used parts that didn't match my original gutters. In terms of customer service, Mike Iannacci the owner of M&M Landscaping started out fine. Face to face he seemed personable and even acted like he cared and understood my personal issues with being a quadriplegic and my recovery. M&M Landscaping was recommended by my good friends, so all things considered, I gave them a certain level of trust that I probably shouldn't have. As the process went on, I began to notice that when I brought up issues Mr Iannacci would explain the problems away with excuses and if they did actually come to fix the issue I had to send several reminders/request. This last request to repair all the split and detaching wood went on for 10 months. I sent Mr Iannacci multiple emails about this, the majority of which went unanswered. He claimed he did not receive my emails but it was apparent after our disagreement, about who was responsible for the cost of these repairs, that was not true because he showed me old emails to defend his case for payment. Mr Iannacci was simply making excuses for not responding. Furthermore, he tried to intimidate me with threats of putting a lien on my home, saying he would do what he had to do to get his money, etc. His overall tone was threatening and unprofessional. All that being said I still paid for the repairs because after reading over the old emails I didn't make it clear that I thought Mr Iannacci agreed to take responsibility for the poor materials and installation and do the repairs for free. Over the last 10 months I've sent so many emails and have had discussions with other contractors about the situation (who all thought M&M Landscaping should take care of the repairs), in the process I neglected to clearly communicate my change of heart about paying for the repairs, that I previously asked Mr Iannacci the owner of M&M Landscaping to quote. Again, I've paid the invoice in full but I feel it's my duty to inform people of the issues I encountered with Mike Iannacci and M&M Landscaping & Outdoor Living Designs, LLC.

  • After selecting Nova Tree, Edwin visited our home to verify the work to be done. We agreed on a date and time the work would be performed and Edwin's 3-man crew showed up at the appointed time. This crew was professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job doing the work we needed. They even verified how we wanted each tree trimmed before they actually started working on a tree. We cannot express our thanks enough to Edwin and his crew for the work performed at our house.

  • **BUYER BEWARE** Called Total Yard Renovations to make an appointment to use the Angie's List Deal coupon that I had purchased for $405, the person who answered the phone went from pleasant to annoyed once they realized I was trying to use an AL Deal. They made an appointment to come to my home to understand where the work was to be performed; they never showed up or called. I have called repeatedly and left messages and no one has ever returned my call. I had to work with Angie's List to get a refund on my AL Deal. I would be VERY CAUTIOUS in dealing with this company.

  • It went very well. They were prompt and professional. They even blew off the sidewalks when they were done. They were a pleasure to work with. I've already made agreements to work with them in the spring.

  • This simple repair that should have taken a technician less than a half hour was not completed for 24 days. In addition, two areas of the mower exterior were damage apparently by striking the mower running into something.  Paint in several places was gouged out in large scratches and the Husqvarna logo was broken and dislodged from the side of the mower.

This vendor was chosen by Lowe's for warranty service.  I certainly cannot recommend them.
