    Arc Energy Systems
I can't say enough great things about this company. It's been over a year since I've had this work completed and I'm as happy now as I was back then with this project. Noah and his team replaced 28-29 windows and 3 doors. They were always on time and cleaned up each day before they left. The framework around each window is custom and looks beautiful. A few months later I was having a screened porch built and the contractor was very impressed by Noah's work. He hired him to replace his windows and was very satisfied too, you'll also find his review on Angies list. In addition I noticed a huge difference in my gas and electric bills. As an added bonus, while I was having my windows replaced, I was in the process of changing out my upstairs door knobs and hinges. I was having some difficulty and Noah and his crew offered to help; they didn't stop until all the doors were finished. I was so grateful and amazed since this went above and beyond what I hired them for! Great company and extremely attentive to detail. I highly recommend them.

Dun Rite Painting & Maintenance of Charlotte
As a homeowner who lives out-of-state, it was a blessing to find Andrew. After speaking and consulting with him about the repairs that my house needed, I felt confident in leaving my house in his capable hands. I appreciate his expertise, his confidence, his responsiveness, and his reliability. He was always concerned about finding ways to save me money. I recommend him to everyone in the Charlotte area and especially to home owners who live of state.

    4 Quality Homes
I could not be happier with the work that Dennis did. It is so hard to find someone who truly has knowledge of home building and can use those talents in your home and do the work quickly too. Definitely worth every dollar spent now and in the future.

Dun Rite Painting & Maintenance of Charlotte
I had a glass shower door that had come off its hinges. Andrew was very prompt in responding to my call, came out evaluated my project, and gave me a quote. He came back a few days later and did the job. Even though the job turned out to be a little bit tricky, he did an excellent job and I will never have to worry about this problem again.
I'm getting ready to call Dun Rite again for a few more projects.
    Highly recommend this company

    Asa Stanford Inc
Mark and Russ were very professional in their demeanor, work, attitude.  They always showed up at the appointed times and always cleaned up at the end of the day.
The whole wooden structure of my front door was rotten so the job I had hired them for turned out to be more involved than we expected.  In addition, inadequate repairs had been done in the past, so I really got to see and experience professional well done work with Asa Stanford.  Even my husband (who at the time was going through an up fit with his office space) was impressed with the quality and level of excellence of the work that Mark and Russ did.
I highly recommend this company (thank you Angie reviewers before me) and in fact have already told neighbors who want work done at their homes.

Vince Curcio - The Bizzzy Bee

It went very well.  The work performed by Brian was excellent and I would highly recommend Bizzzy Beeand owner VinceCurcio.  It was such an easy way to complete projects that I had been putting off for way too long.

    Eager Beaver Handyman Service
The work was completed in a timely fashion. The issue was with the customer service, the contact at Eager Beaver was pushy and unfriendly. This coupled with the fact that their estimate to complete the work was 35% higher than the estimates I received from 3 other companies. Based on my experience I would not use this company again. It is HIGHLY recommended to price other options.

    Rowland's Maintenance Repair Overhaul LLC
Kevin was great. He kept me informed throughout the day. While I was out running an errand he called to say we were missing two hinges for the bathroom door. I made a quick stop and picked up the required hinges.

    Carolinas Home Pros
The work took a little longer than anticipated, but they did work hard. A holiday weekend fell in the work time frame. When finished, 4 of the 6 windows and the sliding glass door had manufacture's problems. It took several weeks for those to be resolved, but they did make good on them. I am very pleased with the quality of the windows.

Updates By Nate Handyman Service LLC
Called Nate to see about getting a few things done around the house.  He was able to stop by within a day to see exactly what I wanted done; texted me with a quote that same evening. Although he was booked for that week, and I expected we'd have to push to the next week or the week after that (which would have been fine with me - none of the jobs were critical), he was able to make it out late the week to perform the work.  He arrived a little early and set to work.  He patched two holes in the powder room.  I had previously had a tolilet paper holder in the wall, but when I had someone install crown molding in that room, the installer stepped on the tp holder and broke it off from the wall.  It was easier to remove the whole thing and patch the holes than to try to reinstall the tp holder arms.  While the patch work was drying he began working on installing the cat door.  This gave him a little bit of a fit and took more time than I think he anticipated.  But I do think that was because of the quality/design of the cat door itself and had nothing to do with Nate's ability.  I do think the job might have been a little easier if he had had clamps to hold both pieces to each side of the door, but apparently he didn't have any (and neither did I).  In the end, he ended up adding an additional screw to the top of the cat door to make it a little more flush to the door (again, a quality/design issue with the cat door).  It works perfectly fine, although after installation I did end up removing the flap as my cat didn't want anything to do with going in and out of the door with the flap on it.  Without the flap he uses it just fine.  And last but not least, Nate removed an existing light fixture and replaced it with a new one I had purchased.  We had initally agreed on another job of removing an existing and installing a new over the range microwave, but after Nate had removed the old non-working one and taken the new one out of the box, we discovered the new one required venting to the outside of the house (for the range hood part), which is something I don't currently have.  Nate was honest in that he didn't feel comfortable doing that type of work.  So he repacked the new microwave and we called it a day.  I am pleased with Nate's work.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and to use his services again for any basic household repair.  Additionally, I think is pricing is very, very fair.
