    From start to finish Mr. Appliance was professional, courteous, and in every way a pleasure to work with. Email showing who would be providing service made my wife feel much better about allowing the repairman into the home. They even brought their own mat to wipe their feet before entering the home and wore booties to ensure the floors were not soiled. First rate in every respect.

    Everything is great. These were new appliances for a newly built home. The prices were comparable to everyone else. They were very informative and gave us a lot of good information. They answered all our questions and stayed with us the entire time we were there. They had a very good selection of quality appliances. We will refer our friends to go there. If you are not familiar with upgrades to appliances and how they work, these people were very informative and not pushy at all. Later, if you had a question and called, they would connect you to the person who worked with you. I will not hesitate to use them again if needed.

    These folks are great to include the technicians and the office staff. Mr Appliance diagnosed and fixed the problem but we had to work through a home warranty company to get the parts. Felicia in the office worked with me and the home warranty company when the parts were not delivered. Without her help, I don't believe the problem would have been resolved. Highly recommend the company.

    I got in contact with the tech on Monday at about 10.  He said he would be there between 12:30 and 1:30 and would call when close by..  He called to say he would there at 12:25.  I wasn't home but close by.  I told him to go in and start the work.  He was halfway done by the time I got there ten minutes later.  Very professional and polite.

    although they got good reviews, when I asked about repairing a small wine refrigerator, the owner said he didn't know if he could get parts and I should look elsewhere.  didn't volunteer to come look at it for an estimate or anything.

    Discount Appliances Repair HVAC
    This deal didnt work as well for us as we would have liked. They installed a new board in our dishwasher. It worked for a day or so and then quit. They came back out and installed another board and that one quit as well. At that point we decided to just get a new dishwasher. The guy was nice and came out quickly to do the work.  The cost of another board was getting to be even with buying a new machine.

    Starting with the scheduling this company is very professional and punctual. The appointment was scheduled between 1:45 and 3:30 pm. The Service Tech, Thomas, called at 1:30 and was 10 minutes away. Right on time as promised. He was very professional and checked my fridge thoroughly. He tested everything. He took the time to explain completely everything he was checking. He could not find anything out of normal operation. He came to the conclusion the air inside was not circulating as it should to properly cool due to a lot of items pushed to the rear of the shelves. This was a relief. All I needed to due was clean out my fridge. Thomas went one step further and took the vacuumed the coils in the rear and cleaned underneath. I was very impressed with their Honesty and professional service. I would definitely recommend them and call them again in the future.

    At first, I was not very impressed when the repair person, Brian, arrived alone.  I had made it very clear to the person setting up the appointment that the washer and dryer were stacked, and in order to get to the washer, two people were needed to move the appliances.
    Brian called around asking associates if there was anyone to assist him.  No one was available.  Agreeing that I'd need to arrange another appointment when an extra person could accompany him, he left.
    A couple of hours later, Brian came back, and he'd constructed a device out of two-by-fours, which he thought might work to slide the dryer off the washer, so that it could be accessed.  
    I thought this was pretty inventive and showed initiative.  The new items were installed, in about an hour.  
    The machine works fine now.
    As indicated, though I had a bad experience initially, but I can't help but be impressed with Brian.  I hope he is appreciated by his bosses.

    This was warranty work from a purchase from Lowes Hardware. An appointment was scheduled in a timely manner. On the scheduled day Cape Fear called to reschedule for another day. Repairman called late afternoon and rescheduled again for next week. When he did come out he had to order parts which would take a couple days. Almost two weeks later he came and fixed the dryer. One week later I needed service again and more parts had to be ordered. After another two weeks and more excuses it finally was repaired. I would not use Cape Fear again and informed Lowes of their service subcontractor's performance.

    Richard was punctual and identified the problem. Unfortunately it required climbing on the roof to clean the dryer vent. He returned a week later with the necessary ladder and tools and completed the job. We were very satisfied.
