AAll American Home Improvement, Inc.This was an insurance claim. Eddie Sarrach was very helpful in working with the insurance company to help them understand what is possible when aluminum siding is damaged (i.e. you can't replace just one section.) His assistance included being on site during the insurance estimator's evaluation and speaking directly with the insurance claims rep over a number of months. He also provided guidance in the selection of the type and color of the replacement siding. Work was of high quality and was completed on schedule and in a professional manner. The crew was polite and cleaned up well at night and when they were done.- PAT D.

ACarolina Window CoveringsThey were courteous, punctual, professional and super friendly. They came out, took measurements and explained all the options to us. They also explained how they were going to build out the frame to allow us to use the windows fully. I think it took about a month for the shutters to arrive at which time I called to schedule the instal. They returned, again promptly, and installed they quietly and beautifully. AAffordable Blinds & MoreJeffrey Britt was fantastic. He beat prices from every other competitor and believe me... I got quotes from multiple people. I did haggle I went between him and another provider and they both beat their original quotes when I showed how another competitor beat previous quote. I finally chose Affordable Blinds as I liked how he originally did not push the most expensive option on me from the get go. Also, I like to support small business versus HUGE conglomerates. He was reasonable and made good points. He was extremely knowledgable on products and how to best fullfill my needs. My project was not a normal project. I had to get window coverings for tri-sliding doors that were a little over 8ft tall and over 9ft wide. I was originally thinking plantation shutters as I dislike blinds. He told me that they are pricey and would block one pane as they could not over extend door. He showed me wonderful shades as an alternative that looked great and would not detract from the doors/room. He was patient and work with me. Installation was on time and accurate. It was not Jeff who installed. If I could do again, I would have asked and waiting until Jeff was available as the installer almost did incorrectly and had to call Jeff for clarification.- Caroline P.

AWalter HenryHe installed carpets, lighting fixtures, water heater and he power washed the house. He also repaired the ceiling and drywall, he replaced ceiling fans, put a new counter top in and he does everything correctly. The repairs are well done and the price is reasonable. I have not had any issues with him- Jackie A.

CWe had an excellent experience getting a new roof with JTC about six years ago, and to be fair I meant to jump on and write a very positive review then. However, we've since had some serious water damage along one section of eaves / soffit, to the point where we've now had water run down through our wall/flooring and into our HVAC ducts. I've emailed twice and called but haven't gotten any response at all. At this point, I'll try someone else, but I did have a very positive initial impression and would have thought that JTC would have at least come out to take a look at the problem for me.

AI had 7 hours worth of work for Dave and Jerry and they were worth every penny! I had a couple of complext installations and several smaller jobs, but it added up to a lot of their time. They planned each job carefully, making sure to analye the inside and outside of the house so as not to impact any service lines. They were extremely tidy and cleaned up after they were finished. They were very patient with my need to have museum quality picture hanging! I tipped them very well because I don't believe he charges enough, just based on what I used to pay in the big city!

AFantastic. Staff was on time for not only measuring, but also prompt on installation day (in fact, early). Installer was very professional, and did not leave a mess of any sort. Owner followed up personally to make sure I was pleased. This film is fantastic, not only for diminishing heat, but for protecting the suns rays. I'm thrilled to have found this product and company. I am using this product on additional windows in my home. HIGHLY recommend.

AFollowing current health procedures (masks), Roy and Linda came to my home and showed me fabric samples. They helped me choose a fabric appropriate for the chair, after which they took the chair and delivered it back to me in a timely manner when the work was completed. Not only did they reupholster the chair, but Roy refinished the worn, scratched legs on the chair. The finished chair looks brand new! Roy and Linda work as a team. Their workmanship is outstanding, their communication good, and their pricing reasonable. I highly recommend them if you are in need of of having something reupholstered. In fact, I was so impressed with their work, that I am having them reupholster the cushions from my porch furniture. Thank you, Roy and Linda for your superior service!

FIf I could give zero stars, I would. First, it was taking forever to get my order. When I looked at my order, they somehow had the wrong address (my former address from five years ago), so I contacted them to change the address. They assured me that the address was changed. A couple of weeks later, I was notified via email that my order was delivered but when I checked my front door it wasn't there, so I went to my old address, 30 minutes away and got lucky that the owner was there and had received my order. When I got it home the 3 roller shades that I ordered for side-by-side windows were all 4 inches too big. I followed the online measurement directions which suggested that you add 2 inches per side to your measurements for an outside mount. I should have stayed with my original measurements. When I called, they suggested that I keep an inch on each side. They re-made them, and AGAIN sent them to the wrong address - even after I re-confirmed that they had the right one. Again, I had to go to my old address to look for my delivery. This time, no one was home, so I took a chance and waited in front of their house for a while until someone may come home. Luckily, someone showed up within 90 minutes. This time they had showed up with 2 boxes! They re-made it twice (6 roller shades), all still too big! Due to the global pandemic and for personal reasons, I waited to address the issue. When I finally was able to contact them, I was sent a message that the CSR's supervisor determined that the blinds were made correctly. Therefore, they cannot offer a remake for this order. Their policy states that they will make up to 4 shades if the customer is not completely happy. However, they offered to remake the shades at a discounted price! I will not give them one more penny! Worst service ever! A $500.00 lesson learned - They stole my money and left me with 9 useless roller shades to get rid of. I do not recommend them!
