FImprovements plus LLCNEVER hire this "so called" contractor!! He does very shoddy work and has NO idea what he is doing. I paid him in full and he left the job site (my back yard) a complete mess and did not finish the job. He refused to answer my calls when I was trying to asking him to come back and finish the job. After speaking to my attorney, I received several estimates from reputable contractors. Every single one of them gave me a quote to fix EVERYTHING that Improvements Plus LLC had built. Even the concrete he laid was not thick enough and had to be torn out and re-poured. Both the side roof and the back patio roof leak horribly when it rains. Before Aaron started work on my back patio, he insisted it didn't need a building permit. Well, guess what...It sure does! Everything was very unsafe the way he attached it to the rafters. I will say it again - EVERYTHING was completely WRONG!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Aaron in no way conducts himself as a professional, in my opinion. I even filed a complaint with BBB, he neglected to respond to them after repeated attempts.- Holly W.

They made a 2nd visit to go over the final design and make sure all details were understood. Then work began, and they did everything exactly according to what was previously agreed upon. There was not one point of confusion or disagreement anywhere during the entire process. In the end, the product was great. Outstanding quality and attention to detail. ASouthern Exposure SunroomsSouthern Exposures Sun-rooms just completed my project to enclose our Lanai. They have been true to their promise so far (2 weeks after completion of project). This company was very responsive from the point of getting an estimate to job completion. I got 7 estimates and although they were not the least expensive, they quite close. We choose them because they have a local office in Wilmington as well as a warehouse in Leland. Also,they have been very quick to respond to all of our inquiries regarding cost,product qualities and install dates. All of the employees that we encountered,the office receptionist,salesman,hands-on installers and follow-up managers were cordial, professional and efficient.Upon completion of the install, a quality control manager came to visit to establish a list(punch list)of items that needed attention. There were three items of which 2 were corrected within 2 days. The 3rd required a re-order. We highly recommend Southern Exposures Sunrooms, 921 S.College road, Wilmington, NC.- Susan Salim W.

AThe job went smoothly. Very impressed with Fernando and his crew. The work was done promptly and the overall look was amazing. We had a kitchen and bath remodeled as well as floors replaced and some other small jobs. All the work was done the way we wanted and Fernando offered his input on things we were unsure about. We have two other condos and plan to use he and his crew on some future jobs. He is honest, prompt and affordable.
