AAdvantage ConstructionJob #1 - Corky and his crew do excellent work and show outstanding attention to detail. Corky is easy to work with. He offered suggestions, while the work was in progress, that we would not have considered - which improved the outcome tremendously. I feel that he is honest, strives to understand what I want, and makes suggestions that save money. He hires hard workers who are always respectful, polite and professional. They were considerate of our needs, and always left the work area clean when finished for the day. Job #2 - Because of the scope of the job for the new addition, we wanted to be sure we did our due-diligence, and requested quotes from three construction companies, Advantage Construction included. Not only was Corky’s bid far more reasonable than the others, he immediately took my drawing and made suggestions on minor design tweaks/options, as well as ways to save us money. He has a good eye for design, and offers solutions to problems without raising his projected cost. It was a no-brainer. We are not quite half-way into the project, and are very pleased so far. Don is a skilled carpenter, and it is obvious he knows what he is doing – the entire crew has done a great job, they have been reliable, have worked hard, and have been a pleasure to work with. I’ve already made a change to one of the window sizes after the wall went up, and Corky made the adjustment without question. If not here working himself, which he often is, Corky stops by every evening to check on the day’s work, and to see if we have any questions. I can’t wait to see the finished product! I will finish my review when this build is complete, but as of now, I give them an A+.- Brian S.

FDavid came to the house. I showed him the section of the roof that needed repair. We both climbed up on the roof to get a better look. From there I was not clear as far as what was going to happen next. I have not heard from him since then. And that date was Tuesday the Dec. 29th 2 pm. I called several times but no success in reaching him.

ACindy at Coastal Waste Services of Wilmington, NC went out of her way to accommodate us during this time. She was extremely polite and professional and did not try to get us to commit until she knew the roll off was available and delivered it for a very reasonable fee. We had called so many companies that engaged in telling us they had the roll off and can deliver and wanted payment at a much higher rate than what we know is fair....then call us back to inform us that they really didn't have one. If you ever need a roll off I highly recommend Coastal Waste Services of Wilmington, NC and please say Hi to Cindy!!!!
