AGeneral Concepts & DesignTHE OWNER MR. CAMARON WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME DECIDE WHAT WOULD WORK FOR MY HOME. I KNEW IN MY MIND WHAT I WANTED BUT DID NOT KNOW HOW TO GET IT DOEN. MR. CAMARON CAME GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE WHICH WORKED GREAT FOR MY BUDGET AND HIS CREW GOT TO WORK THE SAME DAY HE SAID THEY WOULD. EVERYONE WAS SO NOCE AND FRIENDLY. ACoastal Building Concepts LLCI met with Shane in December 2012 and set up a contract for the new garage. He was willing to work with me to limit the costs building the garage with just the basics yet have what I felt was important. Right from the start Shane and the office manager,Ann, were outstandng in their professional service. Ann was always available by phone or email to answer questions, make special requests or changes in the contract and get back with me in a timely manner since I was living in Florida at the time of construction. They took great care and a special order in attempting to match the red brick on the front of the house to the new garage front. They blended the roof seamlessly and overall did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. They even had to cut down a tree for me that was in the way of their construction.They did a great job on cleanup afterwards also. I will be contacting them again to finish the front concrete drive when I move permanently, and may also use them in building a back porch in the future. It is wonderful to find someone who does quality work at a good price and is trustworthy!- NANCY A.

ADavis Storage BuildingsHis estimate was very competitive and he evaluated my needs and made pertinent recommedations for the design, which I found helpful. His price included site preparation which relieved me of that problem (had quite a bit of brush to be cleared). He was accessible anytime I had a question and incorporated the minor changes I made at a modest cost. He closely supervised the project, completed it on schedule, and removed all construction debri making the whole project painless for me. No payment was made until AFTER the shed was completed and I said I was satisfied. I have no reservation about recommending him. He would be a tough act to follow for his competitors.- Andrew W.

AJohn DeFonteWhen I first learned that we would have to put a ramp on the back of our house I was shocked! Who do I call? Who builds these? Fortunately, I had used an excellent full service licensed general contractor, named John DeFonte, a year or two ago and decide to to call him for advice. I was absolutely delighted to learn that, in addition to his superb skills inside our house he had, over the years, built a number of ramps! My amazement continued when he he arrived and began to describe the many details -- and quot;pitch of the slope and quot; -- and quot;gentle decline for safetyand quot; -- and quot;necessity of ramp exactly meeting the concrete drive to eliminate any bumpand quot; -- and numerous other items that, frankly, would never haver entered my mind. The details of each of these were specified and set out in the most amazing written Estimate document I have ever received -- and accepted. The lumber needed was ordered and the following week he and his crew began to build. After carefully removing and replanting a prized bush, the ramp rapidly took shape. I was extremely impressed with the skill and talent exhibited by everyone. I cannot remember a more professional operation from his estimate to the the excellent clean-up prior to there final departure. Now finished, the ramp matches the deck to which it is attached exactly as if they were all built at the same time! It is perfect in every way! It is obvious to me that John DeFonte takes great pride in his work. It shows in his estimate, his construction and his finished product. AI can't say enough about how great these guys were. When we were in a really bad post-hurricane spot, they called back, came out promptly, and fit me and my wife into their busy schedule.
