I’d been very ill with Chronic Lyme Disease and allowed my house to fall apart terribly. I had mold from Hurricane Florence and a house that hadn’t been scrubbed in years! Jana came in and performed the cleaning services without judgment... let’s be honest, it’s difficult & embarrassing to let just anyone in your house when you’ve let it get to a certain level of disarray! Jana tackled the mess effortlessly! It was obvious she’s a pro at cleaning and has been helping people with their dust for years!! FTerrible!!! I made an appointment to have a move-out cleaning for 12/5 at 1:30 PM. I have new tenants moving in the next day (12/6). They also require payment up front of $195.00. At about 9:30 PM on 12/4 I received an email (which I didn't read till the 5th) saying that they changed the appointment time to 2:30 without asking. This is for a 6 hour job which means I had to stay there until 8:30 PM. They never showed up, no call, no notification nothing. Then at about 4:00 PM I received another email saying that they had rebooked for the 6th. Again without asking me. This is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any professional service!! Not only that, but there is no way to contact Handy. It took me many hours to finally reach someone. They did cancel the booking and refunded my money. They offered me $10 credit which is a joke, as their lack of appearance cost me about $500 in time and money to push the move-in date back to accommodate a new cleaning service. Shame on you Angie's List for not vetting your service providers better!
