BMavenAfter the last big storm in August, I had a few shingles come off. Maven Charged $500 to "tarp" the roof, It took the guy about 15 minutes and three short sheets of material. Unfortunately, you don't get a break if choosing them to do repair. The estimate for repairs was $750 which I felt was a bit high. They delivered 3 packs of shingles, when it came time to repair, they didn't even need a full pack and took less than 1 hours with 2 guys. (they took back the extra shingles) Paid half up front. When I never got an invoice, I figured they realized they over estimated. 4 months later, I received an Invoice for the other half of the job and the $500 for tarping and showed payment was overdue. They did a good job, just overpriced and way late on invoicing. (Wish I made $500 per 1/4 hour)- Greg B.

AGreat experience from start to end - bidding process, learning metal roof features, scheduling of work, work performed and then close of job. BCI was able to give us a competitive quote to install a standing seam metal roof; Confidence in money deposited for work to be done; Understanding of the advantages of metal; Scheduling was successful dependent on weather and COVID; Installing of roofing was done about a week; Cleanup of area daily was good to end of job cleanup. Crew was friendly and responsive. Was able to perform visual inspections personally. Will update as time progresses on any future issues and followup by BCI addressing those issues. Right now all looks good. Amount spent for new roof - $28K

CWe had an excellent experience getting a new roof with JTC about six years ago, and to be fair I meant to jump on and write a very positive review then. However, we've since had some serious water damage along one section of eaves / soffit, to the point where we've now had water run down through our wall/flooring and into our HVAC ducts. I've emailed twice and called but haven't gotten any response at all. At this point, I'll try someone else, but I did have a very positive initial impression and would have thought that JTC would have at least come out to take a look at the problem for me.
