AAnderson Plumbing & Sewer IncThe office managed the date and time for the quote very professionally. They called 811 ahead of time so the yard was marked properly before the plumber arrived for the quote. The Plumber was professional and recommended a couple different solutions after seeing what the job would require. The parts needed were ordered and the connection to the county water system went as planned. Additionally the installation of a underground 20 GALLON PUMP TANK went without incident as well. When the plumbers left, the yard was in good repair. They disposed of the extra dirt and replaced the grass over the trench as good as possible.- BRIAN D.

ABroad Ripple Service ExpertsTerry carefully worked through all the systems to eliminate the well, pump control box, pressure tank, and water softener as source of the low flow. He tracked it to a clogged sediment filter. Flow was returned to normal when this was changed. Along the way, he cleaned various faucet screens and the clothes washer hose screen (which I didn't even know I had). He advised us about the proper intervals to change the sediment and RO system filters. I learned a lot about the care of my water system today.- DAN R.

ASpencers Custom Construction is a superb team of hard workers. They pay immaculate attention to every little detail of the job. They have pressure washed my house and deck and then stained the deck and stairs in addition to the hand railings to a side door. They installed metal mesh covers over my wide gutters and repaired a problem. In addition, they purchased and installed a heavy storm door and latch at the front door. When two exterior doors arrive they will install them. They leave the job site neat and tidy daily and do an excellent job on everything. Their quote was very fair and lower than anyone else’s and they are proud of the work they do. If you need something done, I highly recommend Spencers Custom Construction as they are very conscientious and knowledgeable.

AThis company really came through for me when I was in a pinch. The 15 year-old electric Ruud water heater in my garage was leaking and needed changing out. I did some online research and decided on the exact replacement model (a 40gal Rheem). The problem was I couldn’t find any installer who could meet my tight schedule. At that time, I was taking care of my elderly parents at their home during the daytime so my schedule was not very flexible. After unsuccessfully trying to schedule the installation through one of the big home maintenance stores, I found Drain Pro’s on Angie’s List and contacted them. I told them the info for the new heater and we agreed on an install time (9:30AM on 2/12/2015). On the agreed to date/time, they showed up exactly on time with the new water heater. After removing the old heater, they installed the new heater along with a new “expansion tank” (see picture). Within 2 hours after their arrival everything was installed and working. I am extremely satisfied with the installation and would recommend them to anyone needing an electric water heater installed. I give them the highest ratings for everything (price, punctuality, etc.).
