DESCRIPTION OF WORK
We had GO Design + Build completely renovate a vacant building for our Radio Studios and offices.  This was previously a shell concrete block building was no interior walls or windows.  They worked with me to design 2 separate radio studios, a conference room, a bullpen for salespeople, an office for me (with storage) and a specialized control room for radio, satellite and computer racks.  They also worked with us to specifically design HVAC systems to adequately cool and recycle the air in the studios and control room (very important).  By adding ceiling tiles and insulation along with high-efficiency fluorescent lighting, we have minimized expensive electricity costs.  GO Design + Build (and their subcontractors) added windows and new doors, along with all the interior walls and new electrical wiring so that we have a modern, clean look in our offices with the most up-to-date features.  They even helped us design the furniture and make choices about paint colors, window treatments, even our signs to go out front!
