    Piedmont Property Solutions
Piedmont Property Solutions were the best. They were right on time every time, very informative, very communicative, and very clean workers. Everything was done to my expectations, if I didn't like something they changed it to what I liked without any problem or hesitations. They tore out all of my Kitchen cabinets, cabinet tops and vinyl flooring and replaced it all. They met me at Home Depot so I could pick out my cabinets, Marble Counter Tops, sink, paint and flooring (I went back with Tile) and they delivered it all to my house. The very next day they were on the job tearing it all out and starting the work. The work was done 2 days earlier than they estimated it to be completed. The Estimated price included all materials and was $5,000 cheaper than the other estimates I had gotten. I will be recommending them to everyone I know that needs some professional remodeling done to their homes because these guys were very professional. Thanks for a Beautiful Kitchen John Vernon and Piedmont Property Solutions!

    Sufficient Home Improvement
Justin Frost was very unprofessional. Could not get control of his personal life enough to work more than 2 or 3 days a week sometimes not working for as much as a week before returning. Lied about what he was capable of doing. Left our home looking like a kids experiment gone wrong. Contract signed states work to be finished by August 28. Not finished as of November 17 and now we have to pay someone else to fix everything he did wrong. I have over 100 pictures of the mess he mad of our home. I will post as many as I am allowed. Feel free to contact me for all photos and copy of contract if needed. 336.756.8485. We were stupid for paying him all of his money before he finished the work. We thought we could trust him, so, we helped out by giving him money before it was due to be paid.

    Tom Nagle

As a Registered Nurse with a husband with failing health, I realized an urgent need for step railings at the door we use 100 percent of the time for entering and exiting our home. They're made of granite and prove to be very treacherous in the winter when they get covered with ice and snow. That  was explained very clearly to Mr. Nagle when he came out. His reply was " so I guess you need them before it gets any colder".  ( My husband has already fallen several times this year).  I clearly wanted to avoid any broken hips or unnecessary injuries .( my husband has had 4 surgeries for cancer, had a heart attack this past year and is in need of a total knee replacement, which  makes him very unsteady on his feet. Mr. Nagle was made aware of that and the urgency of those needed hand railings.

I made the initial phone call to him on October 21,  2014.  We agreed he would come out to see what I needed done at 6 pm on Thursday October 23, 2014 at 6 pm. He stated the job would probably cost between $ 300.00 to $400.00 dollars after hearing my description over the phone. I encouraged him to come and look at the steps before quoting a price on a job unseen.

Thursday, October 23,  2014 at 6 pm,  Mr. Nagle called and asked if I still wanted him to come out to my home and see what I needed done. ( I had arranged my whole day around this, I still work 12 hour shifts, go to school fulltime and care for my husband). He stated he was in Lewisville giving someone else a quote,  which was as hour away.  He arrived 1 hour late.

He looked at the job needed to be completed, then threw out several different Dollar figures up to $700.00.  I encouraged him to obtain the pricing for the materials needed,  comparing the use of wood vs PVC before he decided on a definite quote. He agreed to have me those 2 comparison prices in a "day or two",  while reminding me he was going on a free vacation to Florida and would be back On November 2.

I patiently waited after no phone call in a "day or two" giving him the benefit of the doubt,  that he probably forgot with getting

ready for his vacation.  I actually waited until Wednesday Nov. 5, 2014, then called him. When he answered the phone,  it was quite obvious he didn't even remember me for a moment.  Then he responded " well, you can shoot me now or later" I'll call my man and get that quote for you,  I asked will I have it by the end of today?  He stated YES.

Well, Mr. Nagel, it's Friday Nov. 7, 2014, again no quote and only broken promises!  SO SAD, a TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME .  I requested this out of necessity, not just to improve my home.  If you weren't interested,  you should've just been up front and honest!  TWO WEEKS wasted on this and I cringe as I watch my husband struggle to get up and down these steps.  Hope you had a great VACATION!

I continue to talk to him and keep in touch with him. He would just take care of whatever it needed and I didn't have to worry about it. I spent a few months away during the summer. I just paid him an advance and he just took care of it. He would call me and give me updates. It was a regular city size lot. He wouldn't do things if the lawn didn't need it. When it was time to trim bushes, he would take care of that or if something needed to be cut back. If something wasn't doing well he would let me know and we would deal with that. He did all of the edging. If there were leaves down, he would clean up the leaves. The yard always was immaculate and it always looked nice. He is just a great guy. He is somebody I could trust to deal with stuff. After a big windstorm when there were a lot of branches down, he would clean that up and haul it away. I didn't need to be there. If one week he didn't have a lot to do, the next time he did extra. I was forever giving him extra money because I always felt like I got way more and at 110 degrees he was out there doing stuff. If you needed somebody to help you with moving stuff or help with the fence, he was able to help with that or at least recommend somebody that was reputable.
