    Shiloh Animal Hospital
Dr Ali is wonderful trained in both western and eastern medicine . She wants the best for both you and your pet. The office is not out to try and make a profit in selling you unneeded services or medications that you have to have.

    Grace Park Animal Hospital
It went not well at all----I made reservations inMay for my dog to board for one night on 9/6/15.  I confirmed the appt on 25 Aug 2015.  Yesterday (on 9/4/15) when I went there to buy cat food, I noticed a sign, poorly displayed and not readable, on the door, that said they were closed on 9/6/15.  No one had told me.  I asked and they said I would need to board my dog two nights---for twice the cost and they laughed that I had nt been informed, the staff found it amusing.  Today I went to drop my dog off for his two night  stay, which I was not happy about, and as I walk in there is a new poorly displayed sign...they close on Monday (9/7/15)an hour before I was scheduled to pick up my dog. I specifically had asked when I made the reservations in May 2015 for this Sept stay and when I confirmed it 10 days ago -if they would be open until 7 pm as I could not get back to town before then. I have arrangements for medical care 300 miles from here and cannot get back before 6 or 7pm....the staff shruggd their shoulders implying "oh well"...so now I was to leave my dog for three nights - for over $150 dollars instead of the planned one night.  I am very very concerned about leaving my dog there fore 3 nights, it is very stressful there for him.  Additionally the staff has displayed an attitude of not caring about the impact on the pet or owner - they are clearly only concerned about themselves.  This place recently changed ownership and the new owner's business attitude is apparently one that does not consider the client .  the staff is all millennials clearly with the "it is a only about me" attitude.  The "heck with it all its a holiday" disregard for the clients is very scary.  I am extremely disappointed and shocked to see this change of professionalism and quality of service at this vet. I have taken 4 pets there over the years and I would expect to be treated much better than this.  if there was anyway I could cancel my trip I would but it would cost me a thousand dollars to do so, which of course Grace Park does not care about.

    The Pet Pad
I first did a review on Google and saw that a few people were unhappy with pet purchases so I addressed that first.  Here is my review:  I didn't buy an animal--frankly would not buy from a pet shop.  EVER.  I would go to a breeder's place and see the whole layout.  Check them online.  However, these people are terrific.  They went above and beyond installing a feeding dish in my bird's travel cage.   This is a good place to replenish your animals' supplies and ask questions.  If you do find an animal you love there, find out where The Pet Pad got it and investigate that place.

    PRECIOUS PAWS
Lee was fantastic! She came out for a free, preliminary meeting and walk-through, getting to know the cats ahead of time, and even playing with them. :)
One of our cats is very, very scared of strangers, and even he warmed to her while we were out. Lee came by twice a day, feeding them, keeping them watered, and giving medication. She gave them love, play and affection - true TLC! She took great care of the cat box, and had a number of additional tasks she offered which were so very, very helpful!
We were able to enjoy our time away without having to worry at all! Lee is very, very knowledgeable about cats, and I can't imagine using anyone else in the future to take care of our kitties!

    Pupsi Inc
Pupsii is well worth the money as it seems they genuinely care for the dogs and allow them to have social time throughout the day. Staff is always friendly. I will be using them frequently when i need to be out of town for business.

Purr and Bark Veterinary Mobile Doctor
I was interested in a mobile vet service because my very old dog has been having accidents in the car. Dr. Regina asked me questions about my dog's background, examined the dog, etc. She was wonderful with the dog and very helpful in answering questions. I will definitely use her service in the future.

    Morrisville Cat Hospital
Dr. Wendy and her team are the best at caring for my cat. I have a stray that landed on my door step a couple years ago that has multiple medical problems. Dr Wendy and her team care for my cat like it was their own, they can be trusted to deliver the best and most compassionate care able. This is my second cat that has been treated at MCH so my experience with them goes back to 2003 and I have never had cause for concern or questioned the work done there. Dr. Wendy and team are resourceful, caring and very professional in their care and treatment of sick cats. They are the BEST without reservation!

    Dogtopia
Overall we were disappointed with our experience at Dogtopia. Our dog developed anxiety issues while attending their daycare program. Rather than helping him through those issues, their only solution was to crate him for an hour or more. It was never once brought to our attention that he was having any issues. Whenever we asked about how he was doing we were told that he was doing fine, things were going great, and he was making progress. We only discovered that he was being crated throughout the day while other dogs played when we checked the webcams available online. When asked why he was crated, we were never given a straight answer about his behavior other than he was barking a lot. The straw that broke the camels back came when we went out of town for several days and left him there for boarding. He was crated the majority of the time and not allowed to play as much as the other dogs. We pulled him for a couple of weeks to try another daycare service and when we brought him back the owner told us that he had to be evaluated again that day and if he passed he would be allowed back. During this conversation she also told us we were too strict with our dog and expected too much out of him. That we were the reason behind his anxieties because we weren't allowing him to be a dog. Needless to say, we did not allow him to stay that day and have not taken him back since. We would not recommend this service to anyone who has a dog that requires a little extra attention due to their breed or being a rescue dog.
The other issue we had with Dogtopia is that on multiple occasions the owner complained to us about staffing issues, how hard it was to run her business, and all the struggles they were having with the business. This is the most expensive dog daycare in the area and for that price we expected premium service. Instead, we discovered they ran the building with minimum staff, the staff who were in charge of the dogs spend the majority of the day cleaning and very little time interacting with the dogs in their care, they put the dogs away for nap beginning around 11am and do not take them out again until 3pm even though they claim the dogs go down at noon and are out again by 2pm.
Our biggest disappointment is that our dog was not given a chance to succeed while in their care. The staff never mentioned any of the issues they were having with our dog and never gave us the opportunity to help him out. We do know he never got into a fight with other dogs and socialized very well with them. During our first week at the other facility, we were notified about possible separation anxiety which allowed us to take him to the vet and get medication to help him with this issue. Since switching to a different daycare our dog has overcome his trust issues with them, he socializes with other dogs and comes home tired each day. Please, if you are considering taking your dog to Dogtopia get a tour of the facility, ask questions as to how they handle behavior problems, ask them how long the dogs are crated during the day and if they offer any other sort of training/help with transitions. Look into other facilities as well and find the place you are most comfortable with.

    Preston Animal Hospital
I had just adopted a new dog and wanted to go to the vet to get all of his records in their system before lugging him along. They were extremely pleasant and professional and offered me an appointment for him that same day. I was astonished. The vet I had always gone to in NJ would make you wait forever for an appointment. When I took him in later that afternoon, I waited probably 5 minutes before going to an exam room. Again, this is amazing to me after having frequented places that normally made me wait at least 30 minutes before seeing a doc.
The bulding is large and clean. The waiting room is huge and spread out. There are stands with toys and goodies dotted around so if you need to break lines of sight between pets, you can.
I saw Dr. Goodwin and she was very personable. She went over all the shots that were due and gave him a general check up. She was very gentle with him and something I'm big on is not being spoken down to. She definitely didn't do this. I was exceedingly happy with my visit. The price was a bargain compared to the Northeast.
A day later, one of my bulldogs had a cyst that ruptured. I called them up and they told me to come in right away and that they'd try to get me seen as soon as I got there. They didn't lie. As soon as I got there, they put us in an exam room and we waited about 10 minutes for the doctor. Fabulous for an emergency visit. This time, we saw Dr. Richardson. Again, he was very personable and professional. He did several tests on the cyst and sent some cells out to make sure there was nothing more serious going on. He said the results would be back in two days. I got a message on my cell the next day with the results. I couldn't ask for more.
So far, this vet has been fantastic. Sure, I've only been a couple of times but you can usually tell from your first visit what kinds of people work there. The vet tech I saw both days was also fantastic. She offered helpful advice about my new dog and was obviously very comfortable working with all kinds of dogs. The desk staff were also incredibly friendly and on-the-ball. Nobody tried to force any products on me and we even talked about if I wanted to space out the wellness check rather than doing everything on the same day to save cost.
So far, this vet has earned my trust. I thank all of the staff for making my stress level go down!
