    Lagadapati, Dr. Bhavani
I would not recommend her. She's Indian and it's hard for me to understand her sometimes. She's still my primary care but I just haven't taken the time to find another one.
I go there to get my blood drawn because she has a phlebotomist that works there all the time.
She's reasonable it's just that I can't understand her. Her English is okay. I got stuck with one of the nurse practitioner and she left and the nurse practitioner didn't examine me right and I ended up getting an X-Ray that they couldn't read.
The office was clean. I would say she had a pretty good practice. A lot of Indians are using her.

We have him treat the entire family.  We have been happy with him so far.  He is really down to earth and practical.  He is very personable and easy to get along with.  We have had a good relationship so far.  I am frequently surprised at how quickly I could get in to see him.  The office environment is good.  It is a nice newer facility in a nice part of the town.  They share the building with other medical offices.  There is an urgent care facility directly across the hall that is tied to them.  It is convenient.  We get bills from them and statement from our insurance provider.  We sometimes get a bill for a small amount from them and we would pay it.  Later they would come back and say it was not required and refund it.  It is very confusing to figure out what we owe them.  It is the only thing that is annoying.

I've been using them for several years. The doctors are good. I've used two different doctors there and I have been happy with both of them. They are very easy to deal with. They are usually on time and there is a lab there for drawing blood. Everything is done pretty quickly and easily. They are pretty busy.

Women's Health Alliance pka Capital Area OB/GYN
I enjoyed going to Capital Area Ob/Gyn for the most part. I never had to wait long in the waiting room for my appointments (which is often a big complaint at doctor's offices) and the front desk staff were helpful and courteous. For maternity care they have you rotate through seeing all the doctors at the practice since you may be delivered by any of them depending on when your baby comes. All of the doctors were pleasant and knowledgeable. My only complaint (and I don't think this is unusual) is that the doctors seemed to have very limited time to spend with me at each appointment. Being a first time mom I was expecting a little more information and time spent talking about what I was experiencing, and the doctors seemed to only have about five minutes for each visit. I had extreme nausea all 9 months I was pregnant and several times when I went for normal visits the doctor did not even ask about my nausea or discuss with me other methods for managing it, or whether my weight gain was sufficient, which was disappointing. I will continue to go to this practice for my Ob/Gyn visits and for any other babies I have in the future, I will just be prepared to ask for the information and help that I need.

Really well! His PA, CJ, could not have been more wonderful and thorough. They ran some tests that highlighted a potential problem and have referred me to excellent specialist to follow up. I could not be happier with this office and the people.

    Dr. Deborah Kessler Hudak
    • Her office is clean and modern.
    • Her staff is very friendly and professional.
    • Dr. Hudak is a spry, funny, petite woman who loves to talk and connect with patients.  She has a gift of injecting magic into your wrinkles to make you look years younger, thinner and like you've slept 5 years on your own private island.
    • I've felt a little sick after one injection (completely my fault. I didn't eat all day) and Dr. Hudak and her staff sat with me, providing crackers and water for about 5 minutes until I was fine and walked out looking FAB-U-LOUS. They are wonderful people who do wonderful things for those of us trying to stop "father time" from pruning our complexions.

The midwives have been very pleasant throughout my pregnancy. They usually run pretty close to on-time, give or take 15 minutes here and there. When you are under prenatal care, you see all of the different midwives of the practice. It's been nice to get to know their different personalities. It's refreshing to be in a practice where they take the time to actually have a conversation with you and answer all of your questions. They handle women in a bit of a more nurturing way than any OB/GYN I have been to in the past. They truly feel like partners in your pregnancy vs. someone who is telling you how it is and how it will be. Anyone looking for the best of both worlds for their prenatal care should take a look at the UNC Midwives.

The check in is very efficient. You can even check in on line before your appointment. The wait time is minimal. I usually cannot finish the article I started to read before I am called back. Once you get in there, her nurse reviews my medications and checks vitals and weight. Then Laura comes in and sees you. After that, you walk down the hall if any lab work is needed. They have a Lab Corp right there! It is so nice to not have to drive somewhere else. Once your labs are done, you are on your way.
The lab work is posted through an on-line portal (usually the next day) with notes from the doctor.
    I highly recommend.

    Cary Cardiology

My mother is 97 years-old, handicapped and has demensia.

It is not easy to get her and myself ready to go out, show up at the correct time and, in this case, be turned away. As I mentioned previously, the appointment was confirmed by my phone call the day before. I have no problem with the doctors at this office, just the front desk staff. These ladies are big smilers and also quite condensending.
I am looking for another cardiologist for my mother.
Just to be clear here, I have no problem with the doctors, just the front desk staff.

I was not able to show up on my scheduled blood drawn appointment and one of the staff called and let me know that they are charging me $50 for no show, then I received a bill in the mail for that amount. I called the billing and spoke to Lori, then she transferred me to the office manager Doris. I tried to reason that, why should I be billed $50 for a lab visit no show and she just reason that it is their policy. I have been a patient for the last 7 yrs and this is how they treated me. This is not a scheduled Dr's appointment visit that I missed and I find this OUTRAGEOUS that they would charge a $50 Fee. This is more of a money machine facility, to charge a patient for a no show lab work, when in turn, they make you wait for an hour or so, to stick a needle when you have an appointment. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are more interested in, whats in your pocket, then into your health.
