    Dalum's Electric Service LLC
Jay Dalum responded almost immediately to my inquiry. Unfortunately he was slammed with work during my narrow time frame and unable to bid on my project. He did recommend a reputable competitor. Jay was one of only two Twin Cities electricians - out of 12 total - that responded to my inquiry. The other one got and did the job.

We were very pleased with the work The Bath Shop did in renovating our daughters' bath. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Robbie and his team were fantastic-they do fabulous work and are timely! A real pleasure to work with.

Mister Sparky By Wise Electric Control Inc
They were a very sloppy company. He was responsive, when he said he would come he came. He communicated well and was punctual. But they did a very bad job. I called someone fix the problem quickly because it would take out all of the electricity. They did a job that I didn't get to see what they did. I don't even know if he replaced the part properly. The price was too high. He didn't do too much inside, the only part he replaced was in the garage. But I'm not sure...a total rip off. I asked to see the part that was replaced and he said he threw it in the trash. I would not recommend them to anyone.

    Miller & Miller Electric Inc
Outstanding! Joe, the technician was simply superb! His knowledge and experience rivaled a CSI investigator tracking down the tough to find short, first thought to be a bad outlet, later tracked down to 2 staples in the crawl space that over time (original construction 18yrs ago) created a short in the wire it bound. Wow! He even looked at a couple other outlets to ensure everything was fixed. Definitely worth every penny, these guys are great!

    A Master of All Trades
I've relied on Tom and his team for work around the house over the years. The word "handyman" isn't an accurate description of Tom's services as he's an expert in many areas of home repair, beyond that of your typical handyman. I've engaged Tom for projects like installing ceiling fans, tiling the kitchen, and various plumbing and electrical repairs. Tom has always been courteous, professional, on time and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Tom and his team at A Master of All Trades.

    Solstice Electric LLC
The outlet was installed and fortified by a wood backing -- the various holes that were cut, were done with precision and screwed back in a uniform way and left in a manner, that made it easy for a drywall and painting company to completely mask it and paint over it with ease.

Purchased 2-hour service deal. Contacted him to install new kitchen ceiling fixture where there currently wasnt any, so it involved wiring. I thought 2 hrs would cover it, but Herbert said it would take 3-4 hours to wire and hang, which included time to patch ceiling. The combination of the cost being more than I anticipated and finding out that the ceiling would have to be repainted after the installation made me rethink the job. I ended up opting to hang my fixture as the chain covered corded plug in fixture that it was instead of hard wiring it. Herbert hung the fixture, accurately centering over the table. I appreciated Herbert's patience as I debated over whether to spend the money to hard wire it and his suggestions on which kitchen outlet would be best to plug it into (practically and esthetically). He was professional, prompt, and cleaned up work area nicely when finished.

We requested electrical service to fix in my rental property, the electrician who visited to take care of it, did the daignosis and recommended three level of fixes (ranging from fixing the one electrical point that had issues , 2nd option being to fix the switches/outlets for the entire room, finally fixing all the switches and the outlets for the entire house costing anywhere from 150$ to 2300$ approx) and also he had conversation with my tenant and mentioned that the whole house needs to be fixed otherwise there could be a fire hazard and that naturally put lot of stress on both me and my tenants on what option (out of the three) needs to be selected, as per the NC standard code of fix for the residential property I selected to fix the one point that had issue, this was initially acceptable to our tenants, I had to go back and forth for weeks to make my tenant understand the option that I was selecting is just sufficient to fix the issue. The electrician who visited my property and the company denied having conversation, but I have all the proof about the claim my tenant made in writing and my property manager was there too as another witness on what happened, this company is using scare tactic to get business out of unsuspecting customers and charge them to make profit for the company, after all this company sent an email to ask how our experience was, and I responded strongly and since then they didn't even contacted me as they may not know how to defend themselves, in total I realized what a big mistake it was to hire this company to fix the issue and as a family we regretted that decision and I do not intent to use their service in the future and I do not recommend. There are many short stories to this epic and I have chosen to state only the summary of what happened. In total it was very poor execution of service from the company and there is no such thing called supervision by the management and total lack of professionalism from the electrician on how to conduct themselves at a client location. Bad Experience.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with this company from the time they made contact with me to set up the appointment through to the end when I got the bill.   Jacob called me about 30 minutes before he expected to arrive on the day appointed and within the time frame that I scheduled.  He was friendly, professional, and went right to work.  He installed my lights and went out of his way to make sure that the proper silicone was used on the outside light.  When it came to doing the light in the 1/2 bath, after removing the existing light he found he had to install a new box which involved doing some drywall sawing.  Which made the job take a little longer than anticipated. But he left everything spic and span (vacuumed and cleaned up) and it was almost like he had never been there - except the lights looked ever so much better!
I thought the price was reasonable for the amount of work that was done and would highly recommend this company based on my experience.
