    Ned came and repaired 3 chips that were very close to each other for $60 total. Another major Glass repair company wanted to charge in excess of $150. Ned was very professional, and prompt in completing his services. I would hire him again for chip repair and recommend him highly.

    I was impressed from the beginning. During the weekend, I had made an appointment online for an estimate the following week. The owner Clint Rodgers responded to me quickly and confirmed the appointment. When he wrote the estimate (it was competitive), he sent it to me within an hour via e-mail. He did not push for my business. He addressed all of my concerns. TJ Fish oversaw the actual repair of my vehicle. He kept me updated and delivered my vehicle as promised. They gave me a lifetime warranty on the repairs. My vehicle was washed when he handed me my key. I would definitely recommend this shop.

    Brandyn was amazing. Had an earlier opening so contacted me to come sooner which was great. Walked around my vehicle with me and highlighted any issues that may need to be corrected with the dealer since it's basically a new car. I originally scheduled for a wash and wax, but after he washed my vehicle, he determined a wax wasn't necessary since it had wax from the dealer detailing it remaining. Very honest, nice, and knowledgeable. I will be contacting him for future washes etc.

    Good. Service was fine, they did a few extra small things and everything seems ok. Not so sure they solved all the problems but only time will tell. This is an old Bronco 1990 so they seem to be one of the few shops around that will work on something this old with some performance upgrades. I think the price was a bit high for everything they ended up doing but I always think that about auto mechanics!! Will update the review if there are warranty issues that are not resolved. So far I would recommend them highly with an asterix for time to see how the work last.

    They agreed, so I drove the truck out there with a friend to get a ride home and then they were dismissive and did not take the inspection seriously. In the end they charged me more than they should to set the timing and never really did a diagnosis. I had a pretty high budget for this restoration and was prepared to spend money on a complete computer and harness upgrade but they were dismissive and apparently did not want the project. I am sure their mustang work is better but let me know before I spend the time to get the truck all the way out to garner.

    Purchased this through an Angie's List Deal. Getting in touch with them in order to set up the appointment was rather difficult. It took over 5 attempts to finally set something up. It was arranged for 8 am at my workplace (a bit earlier than I would have preferred), so rushed to make it in time. However he didn't show up until around 8:45. As for the quality of the work, it was a different story. Excellent job done on the detailing both interior and exterior. Unfortunately, the customer service aspect was a big negative and overshadowed the actual work done.

    Went to Imperial through a referral from a coworker who had similar age and type vehicle. Was initially concerned that the estimate was going to be unreasonable because of the issues I was experiencing, and how easy it would be for a mechanic shop to add unnecessary charges without me even knowing, but decided to give it a try. When the estimate did arrive, it was actually lower than I expected and addressed each of the issues I was concerned about. Not only did they not add any extraneous charges, but told me one of the issues they were able to resolve without any repair and took money off the estimate. The lobby and waiting area is a little old and could certainly stand to be updated, but overall was fairly comfortable and staff was very nice. Work was performed the same day and continued into the next and overall very good customer experience. After 6 months of driving after the repairs, vehicle is still running well with no recurring issues and I have referred several people to them.

    It was horrible. They damage the car prior to shipping and did not rectify the situation. They serviced the vehicle and put 6 and half quarts of extra oil and damaged the engine. Promised in writing to refund service work done and did not do it.
