    Pet Paradise Resort is an outstanding facility in a convenient location in Mooresville. Their hours are great for folks who work and need to drop early and pick up late. They have a lot of different options to take care of your furry companion for both Day Care and Boarding. Our pup goes to Doggie Day care at least 1X per week and this is where we board him. He gets lots of interactive play time with dogs and toys. A bone shaped pool. Water spouts in the yard and an indoor gym when it is raining, hot, or too cold. You can watch the dogs through an app - i even watch when I can't see mine!! Veterinarian services are on site for regular care or if life got too busy to get that update done before boarding. Super Convenient. Excellent friendly staff - always upbeat and great to work with. I leave my dog in their care and don't worry a bit.

    This is by far the most outstanding Kennel I have ever used! From the moment you arrive and your pet is welcomed as a cherished family member to the moment you pick them up, there is such a sense of comfort in the level of professionalism and true caring! You can peek at your pet anytime via cameras, and as you check in or out, you can see the interactions through massive windows! There is a large pool area with fountains, and SO much play space in several yards, My guy is always incredibly excited to be there, and is happy and tired when I pick him up. As a mom to a special needs collie, knowing there is care 24/7 as well as vet services onsite for concerns or simply general animal care, I leave him knowing he is being loved by people who take their job seriously and deeply love these animals AND their jobs! The grooming is impeccable (And Finn has a LOT of fur!) as is the total service experience. I simply cannot recommend enough this outstanding location!!!

    Classy Critters Pet Resort and Spa LLC
    Classy Critters: For about a year they did a great job. However, the last time we took her there, they said they got soap in one of our dog's eye. When we picked her up, she was squinting from her left eye... she couldn't open her eye. (I have a photo of her). I called them and they said they forgot to tell us that they got soap in her eye. She couldn't open her eye so the following day, we took her to the vet. I was concerned that she had damage to her eye. The vet examined her and determined that she did have a scratch on her eye and needed antibiotic eye drops for the next 4 to 5 days���$105 later for the vet bill. I waited a couple of days (because I was waiting to see how long it took to resolve) and then stopped in to speak with Stephanie and Pam (the owners). They were unwilling to offer anything to us for their mistake. I could not believe it. We had paid for the grooming and then had to pay for a vet bill too. Completely unprofessional. (We have two small dogs that we had been taking there every two to three weeks for the last year and spending over $108 each time we had them groomed.) It is amazing that they would not try to save this business. They acted as though they did not care at all. We will not be returning to Classy Critters.

    One year ago I made my first grooming appointment with Snooty Pooch. Since then, I have been taking my small dog on a monthly basis and my big dog a couple times a year to get groomed here. I did have a problem with this business on my very first visit. I showed up on time and no one was there. I called the business phone & her cell phone, but no one answered either one. My dog & I ended up going home bewildered. Since it was my first time there, I gave her the benefit of the doubt & called the next day to reschedule the grooming. Julie apologized and told me that there was a problem with her car. She also said they have problems with the business phone so they really use their cellphone for business. I continued to take my dogs there. Each time she would take hours to groom my dog. It was a long wait for my senior dog, but I liked Julie & Anthony so I still went there. Fast forward to three days ago. Appointment was @ 11:00 and I went @ 10:30 because I had a doctor���s appointment that I had to get to. Again, no one was at their business. I left a message on her cell phone. I drove back @ 10:45 & tried again. Still no one there and no replies to my voicemail. I took my dog home without a groom. I called Julie the next day & she apologized for not being there. She said she had to go to the doctors, and thought that Anthony had texted me to reschedule. She also said that Anthony thought that she had texted me. Again, I forgave her and was able to make a new appointment for today @ 11:30. She was actually there when I arrived. Julie again repeated her apology & I told her that I understood how life can be. Lack of communication between husband & wife is a common problem. I offered to help her set up a different way of making appointments. Also, I told her that she could have responded to my voicemail & she said she never even heard it! I don���t believe she even checks her cell phone at all. Suddenly, her personality just switched & she started screaming at me. She said I was always mean & nasty to her which is so untrue! I adored her so much I gave her a big dog statue for her waiting area. I also gave her & Anthony a special check at Christmas so they could go out to eat. I���ve always gone above & beyond with Julie. Her outburst made me ask her, ���What did I say?��� Julie was so out of control, she just kept screaming, ���Get off my property!��� She went outside carrying my dog without her harness or leash on & put her in my car. She also threw a check at me. I told her that it was not my check. She got even madder & came back & grabbed it. I don���t understand her behavior, especially for a businesswoman. How can she keep treating her clients like this? There is definitely something wrong with this business. Stay away. I would not trust them to take care of my babies, with insane behavior such as was exhibited today.

    Pampered Paws Pet Sitting Service
    I was very pleased with the pet sitters. I received emails/pictures while away providing updates of how my puppy was doing. I felt that the pet sitters treated my puppy as if she was their own which allowed my family to enjoy our vacation rather than worrying about our fur baby!!! I will definitely hire again in the future and recommend to anyone who is in the market for these types of services! Also, the prices are very reasonable.

    The charge depends on what they do, it���s anywhere from $150 to $250, in that range. We have two cats. The vet interacts very well with my cats. We make an appointment and the wait time is 5 to 10 minutes at the most. The waiting room is nice and clean.

    We were lucky to have a new vet Dr Aquino see us the same day. He was quick to properly access our dogs critical condition that was missed by a previous vet. Dr Aquino is kind, knowledgeable, responsive and compassionate. We have brought our other dog in for a full physical with blood work, stool and urine analysis so he can properly care for our baby. Was definitely lucky to find him!

    Debbie is very professional, prompt and kind. We have used her pet sitting service at least 3 times now and each time we and our pets are very happy. I can tell my dog and cat are not stressed out while we are away because she takes good care of them. I highly recommend Puppy Luv Pet Sitting.

    I've been bringing my dogs off and on to Lakewood Animal Hospital for the past 10 years.  I can't say enough on how wonderful the care has been throughout these years.  Dr. DeQuick is sadly retired but he deserves the rest!  But wow, Dr. Derick Lengemann is a superstar!  Not to mention an A1 Vet.
    I adopted a rescue that had not much hope for survival but with Dr. Derick Lengemann's care and direction my "Baby" is healthy and happy. I can honestly say that the good folks at the hospital who tended to Baby didn't hold much hope.  She was truly in a mess, teeth rotten to the core, a raging infection from her corrupted teeth spread throughout her entire body including she had a raging pneumonia (lungs where black), malnurished and pretty lifeless.  All in All she was in very bad shape and to add to it, blind from all the complications.
    It has been a year and under their care, Baby is doing amazing.  Unrecognizable in a good way.  Clear lungs, no teeth but healthy, fat (not too)  and happy.  She will always be blind but after all the healing was revealed a happy, spunky little dog.  Amazing work from this hospital.  They deeply care and it shows.
    I won't take my dogs anywhere else.  They are the best.

    My dog was directly sprayed by a skunk. We tried everything to get the stench out. We bathed her 4 times with different products and unfortunately nothing worked. We found this product online, and what I liked about it is the fact it had a 100 percent satisfaction guaranteed. After reading the manuel very closely, we washed our dog exactly how it states in the book. Sadly, the stench was still there.
    I reached out to Odorxit and left a message for their rep to return my call. Two messages were on my voicemail on advice on washing my dog. We had washed our dog exactly the way the ladies mentioned on my vm. I then washed Shiloh a second time with no success. I finally called again and left a message with no return phone call. So my last effort, I called at about 7:00 at nite and a man (the owner) answered the phone. I asked for a supervisor and he stated "speaking". I then started to explain that I could not get this smell out. He then started explaining how the process works. At this point I said "sir, we already tried this". He immediately interrupted and said... "Are you going to listen or not?" In a conniving voice. He said that I was 100 percent not telling the truth. He became very angry, vile and unprofessional. He stated that he has 3 groomers in the Cincinnati area that use these products and have never had a problem. What am I to say, "come to my house and smell my dog? I even told him I would gladly video tape at my groomers so he can see that I'm doing this correctly. This is not rocket science. The manuel clearly states how to wash the dog with your product. He kept saying over and over that I was 100 percent not telling the truth. He then said "give me your name and address and I will send you a check for 39.99 EVEN though you are 100 percent not telling me the truth"...in a very angry voice. At this point he had me so upset for being so rude. I told him that I was going to put my review online and then he got even more angry yelling, "oh, now you are threatening me?". I have never had this experience my entire life. I am a flight attendant for a major carrier for 20 years and I deal with customers from all walks of life and I would never treat anyone like this guy did. Finally I told him that I was going to have my husband call him. He said "fine" and hung up. My husband then called him and sure enough the answering service picked up. I also sent an email to odorxit for a return call or email and we never heard back. I spent $130.00 on their products because I sincerely believed that this product would work. Not only on our dog, but the dog bed, sheets in our room, etc. At this point, they can keep the money we spent. It's not worth it to be hideous on the phone and extremely rude. Oh, and if the owner is reading this...I have the whole conversation recorded ... So now who's telling the truth? Such a disappointment.
